“Bought a batch of 50 8mm Mauser rounds and only had 9 fire. 41 bum rounds, not only ruined my range day but my wife's first rifle experience.”

“I bought 1,000 rounds of ammo in Jan. just to be sent an email saying it was going to be back ordered and to press this button to allow back order. I pressed the button for back order. I waited four months and sent email making sure delivery date was still good. I was told they cancelled my order because I didn't respond to their back order email. I will never attempt purchase here again.”

“Honeymoon phase must be over between me and OL. Not sure who to contact at this point because the only way I see anyone getting a response from them currently is through reviews, and apparently not customer service. Anyway. Placed 1st order, 9 mil and 40 S&W with rush processing (extra $10). 3-4 day turnaround. Not bad at all, so I buy the free shipping buyers club ($80) which is higher than most annual clubs and you still have to order at least $100 for free shipping. Fine. Also buy 223 rounds. Decent turnaround especially for the times. Mind you, all of these are processing on the same day I’m ordering, which is awesome because I’m paying for it. I’d be fine with 2 days, whatever. Third order was five days ago. My card was charged five days ago. My order status hasn’t changed for 5 days. I’m just repeating 5 days it because I can’t believe it’s been that long. I’ve tried contacting them through 2-3 different channels and have gotten zero response from any. This was a good situation that turned bad very quickly. This is definitely salvageable but I haven’t ever ordered from somewhere that just received my money and then didn’t follow up for the better part of a week. This isn’t something that I enjoy doing at all. I generally don’t leave feedback when I have a negative experience but this is definitely an exception. Here’s to hoping we can fix this, and that I didn’t waste membership for a website that I possibly wouldn’t do business with again.”

“I’d love to give a good review but I never received my order. It went to another person who told me she had it and now won’t answer the phone. I was told by Outdoor Limited I’d have to obtain that persons email address and other information so they could investigate. I don’t feel like it’s my job.”

“Terrible experience received someone else’s order only to be told they don’t have any of the ammo I purchased. They then held a $400 credit for my order until I returned the $30 worth of ammo that shouldn’t have been shipped to me in the first place. First time using this company for ammo and will be going back to cheaper than dirt for my ammo purchases”

“Ordered 5.56 . Received 5.56 ammo can full of 50 cal. Been weeks and they just got back to me saying they want those bullets back and that they can't get me my ammo so now I will be refunded once I ship the ammo back but I will not go out of my way for there mistake.”

“I was sent the wrong order, have been informed I wont be receiving the correct order, and am now being asked to use my time and fuel to return the mistaken order before they will give me a refund. At least they sent me a prepaid shipping label. And Jordan in customer service was responsive and nice to deal with. I understand this COVID thing is making things more complicated and mistakes happen. But the lease they could do is just give me a refund and not force me to deal with their screw up.”

“Spent casings would not eject from my S&W revolver. They went in fine but after shooting swelled up so bad I had to use a screw driver to push them out. Also, Tula Ammo is made in Russia...I didn't know that when I ordered it and will never support Putin and his communist regime again.”
