Not very pleased.. Shipping for 5 50rnd boxes of 22lr ammo was almost as much as 1,000rnds of .223. I’ll shop elsewhere

Would give 0 stars if possible. Asked to speak to a Manager over an issue about returning some ammunition that was mis ordered. Manager did not have the common courtesy to contact me back. The customer service representative told me the police officers in the area advised it was not a good idea To accept returns on ammunition. No idea why. I can see if the boxes were ope or tampered with. I simply wanted to exchange the 2 boxes for the proper grain, but I never got that far to explain it to them. Lesson learned. Bad customer service. Lack of customer service skills, and before you reply with an arrogant remark. Most people don’t read the return policy on a specific item when they initially order a product, only when the product in question needs to be returned. Instead of attempting to work with the customer, they lost a future customer and I’ll be sure to let others know how you treat new customers. Thanks for the early warning before I spent more money.

After two weeks shipping was updated and stated “items were damaged and or discarded”. Immediately emailed website stating items weren’t received. Response stated it would take 3-5 business days to process, nothing by a week later. Emailed again to be told my order wasn’t going to be replaced when items were still available on the website and still waiting for refund

Delivered wrong Ammo and Shipping has never responded back after being contacted twice. Service Dept very nice but can't get my ammo to me.

Marked as shipped back on May 7th but according to tracking it still hasn't moved from your warehouse or from where you ship from. When a person can't ask about shipping info according to your website it is a bit difficult to figure out what is going on.

I made a mistake on ordering wrong ammo. Emailed them and they would not take back for credit. It was a computer error and still would not take back.

Ordered 500 rounds accidentally of Marakov instead of Luger, my fault. They wouldn’t return, or even offer some kind of “Hey you messed up but we’re going to take care of you” credit. This wasn’t my first ammo purchase from them either. Products are decent, but customer service lacks. Fix that and I’ll buy again.

Not buying from them again! I made a very simple mistake with my order and the customer service department would not do anything to help me with my purchase that was accidental. I tried talking to management and they wouldn’t budge either. Very poor business.

Ordered 2 boxes of blazer 9mm. Package only contained one. Called customer service, they don’t answer or return your calls. Emailed customer services, they asked for pictures of the box. I sent them the picture and now they don’t respond. At this point I’d just like my buyers club membership refunded.

It took a while for my ammo to come, I did buy the wrong ammo for my fiancé and I understand there are no returns. But the ammo I bought for myself aswell - was not great at all. It would double up back to back & not shoot normally. I put in my Winchester 380 and was shooting just fine. The customer service team is rude aswell.

I ordered this product on April 30th. When the package arrived on May 8th, it was missing over $115 worth of the ammunition I purchased. I understand that ammo can get lost during shipment, but after filling the missing ammo claim, I have yet to be told that anyone has looked at it. Again, I understand that this may take some time, but I had to reach out to OL via email to get an update. Please communicate better with your claimants, even if you haven't gotten to their claim yet, it would be a better practice to let them know.

Worst customer service on the world wide web . . . I did not receive a part of my order and after multiple emails I am not able to get them to ship the shortage or give a refund
