“Ordered 4 boxes of the same 9x19 Makarov, and only received 1 box. The other 3 boxes were the incorrect caliber, when packing list had exactly what I had ordered on it. After emailing customer service was told to take pictures of the ammo received and the box it was shipped in to the shipping clerk. That was over 2 weeks ago and have not received any reply.”

“I called to request an exchange of the magazines I bought. I offered to ship these back at my expense, was told by a customer service rep that they would check to see if I could do this, they said I was being very cool about it. Never heard back. Spent $60+ on 2 mags I can't use, now apparently stuck with them. Happy to change my review if someone reaches out to keep my business, otherwise I see no reason to continue shopping at outdoor limited.”

“I ordered 200 rounds of 45 ACP only 50 of them came in a box I got 130 rounds of loose and was missing 20 rounds I emailed dmc Murray it’s been about two weeks and I’ve had no reply”

“Customer service was terrible, product was garbage. Placed an order tried to cancel an hour later and was refused. So I’m stuck with garbage ammo to drop off at local LE to dispose of.”

“Been several weeks now and FEDEX has managed to lose my ammo. And the constant back and forth about the package is ridiculous. Change your shipping company if you want to get return business. Nobody likes waiting for packages and even less having someone lose them...”

“I received my shipment but the box was almost destroyed and there were 9, 45 ACP rounds missing that had fallen out during shipping. Tape was loose, not well packaged. Terrible shipping job for ammunition!!”

“Its been about a month since i ordered and no update from the shipping company or outdoor limited themselves. No answer from emails, no answer on the phone. I dont mind if i have to get a refund, just let me kniw and actually do it. As of now im stuck wondering if i got swindled out of 350 dollars”

“Horrible didn’t re-ship my order as I told them directly I needed my order .. but they ignored my request and now I have nothing to protect my family with because of the carelessly and inconsiderate actions down by your associates . This was very unprofessional and inconvenient for the safety of my family! I don’t want to go virally with my incident I have faith a supervisor will re-ship my order to protect my family during a time of uncertainty in the world I believe in my country and know someone from outdoor limited will help me recover and receive the ammunition I need to protect my family! 🇺🇸 Thank you! Because I would protect and help your family if tables were turned just being a proud American with two of my oldest serving in the armed forces!”

“Bad ammo, not the website fault. My first time buying sirplus ammo. Don't think I will again. Many had dead primers, and the ones that did go off their was a half second delay. But I shouldn't be surprised from such old ammo. Should have known better.”
