Unfortunately I'm not an ammo expert, so I wasn't aware that Makarov 9mm ammo is no good, unless you have a specific kind of gun, so now I have a thousand worthless rounds. Waste of 220 bucks. Terrible experience, I won't shop Outdoor Limited any longer.

Inaccurate count on a bulk 5.56 order. Customer Service is terrible and they expect you to do all the leg work to correct an issue. Which by the way I followed their instructions immediately after discovering the inaccuracies, only to wait over a week to find out that nothing is being done about it on their end. They then blamed it on a "new employee" providing misinformation and gave me yet another email and phone number to contact to get what I initially PAID FOR Just ridiculous. Will not ever purchase a single product through this company period.

Recived wrong ammo...have emailed and called many times over last month and have YET to recieve a return call or email so that i my get order fixed...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SREVICE...WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

They sent me the wrong ammo, then made me wait 2 weeks for their “shipping” team to get back to me, ONLY to tell me they sent the wrong ammo (no shit) and that I will have to send back the ammo and only when they receive it, will I receive a refund. We could have settled this immediately but for some reason they drug this whole process out so much longer than it needed to be. I am very upset and disappointed in the handling of this transaction. If the solution was to just return/refund, why make me wait? That’s my money sitting and waiting when I could have gotten replacement ammo from somewhere else. This is ridiculous and I do not recommend this site. I was very patient with them only to have my time waisted.

When I received my order there was a discharged round damaging approximately 50 other rounds out of the 200. I understand this can happen and it's really not anyone's fault. However I've been trying to get this resolved for over a month now. Customers service replies to my emails within a couple days, then they refer me to the shipping manager. They asked me to give him 5-7 days because things are a bit crazy. It's been three weeks SEVERAL emails sent by me and NOTHING, not even an I'll get back to you. This is totally unsatisfactory. I've been a customer for over 7 years. I bought the unlimited free shipping for a year and I can't see myself using it, if ammo prices stay this high and Outdoor Limited doesn't get their customer service in order. I've never had a problem with any of my other orders, but this lack of customer service about an order over a month ago is absolutely ridiculous.

I did not receive my purchase. I have attempted to call a multitude of times, no answers, and no one has returned any of my messages! My order was hundreds of dollars to which I am unable to get answer at this time.

I have been reaching out for at least 2 weeks. I received the wrong caliber ammo and need this returned and the correct ammo shipped ASAP. This is ridiculous.

This place is charging double the price for the ammo I bought. Round of 200 and paid $80+dollars. I found it a week later at basspro shop for $38 for the same box. Really!?

They sent me the wrong ammo and I provided the proof of the mistake. Then they tell me to wait 5-7 more business days to correct it. A real company would overnight the correct ammo with a paid postage return kit for the return of the incorrect order. I spent over $500 in 3 orders with you and you have the nerve to tell me to wait 7 more business days for you to correct a mistake your company made. That`s real professionalism there !!!

The first order I place I picked it up and the woman at the desk was extremely rude and almost hateful. The second order i placed even though it showed to be in stock it took a month to fulfill it. I recieved the email to come pick it up. When I drove over and hour and half to go pick it up I find the store is closed and all pick up orders are held. This was not in the email I was sent stating my order was ready for pick up. Every attempt I made to contact the store I never got a person just a answering machine. Have yet to talk to a person or get a call back from a person to either get my money refunded or my products shipped.

Ordered 3 different caliber rounds, all FMJ. One of the three that was sent to me was steel cases. Sent a message to customer service and they asked me to send an email with pictures. I sent the email and have never had a response from the company - 3 weeks later. Customer service is a joke with this company. I would spend my money at Academy if I were you.

Ordered 3 boxes of 147gr 9mm, got 1 box of 147gr and 2 boxes of 124gr. Emailed CS about the incorrect order and what to do to correct it, and they replied saying they'd contact me.....then nothing else happened. Will not order from then again.

Horrible. Nearly a month after I placed my order, they sent me another customer's order and their CS and David McMurray won't respond to my emails. Had a previous experience with OL and was pleased. Sadly, I will not do business with them again after this, which is a shame.

Poor quality ammo shot it thru my smith&wesson ar15 20" barrel 1;8twist, so it shoots but doesn't have enough pressure to reload the next round and this is the only ammo I have ever had this problem with cuz any 5.56 or .223 I've shot thru this gun has never done that plus I had a box of .223 American eagle brand and they worked perfectly, so if you wanna shoot and not reload ever round by hand then I do not recommend the tula .223 ammo unless you use 5.56 whitch has more pressure.
