“I bought this ammo from them on 3-20-20 and I’m writing the review on 4-18-20. I was supposed to have my ammo in 24hrs. Well I still don’t have my ammo and store pickup isnt available and no one will answer the phone. So I’m out $95.00 right now. I want my money back or I want my Ammo. This is ridiculous. Y’all say y’all are still shipping orders but you can let me pick mine up? Terrible customer service on this. I understand being busy but you tell your customers 24 hrs make it happen”

“did not receive my entire order! Customer service is an absolute joke. Ordered 4 mags and 250 rounds of 12 gauge ammo, and only the mags showed up! No one will help me and no one answers the phone currently! Steer clear of this joke of a business!”

“I ordered 3 bricks of 500 each 22lr All i recieved was 3 boxes of 50 each i have been calling and emailing this company for 3 days have not heard a word back from them. The box that was shipped to me with the 150 rounds was printedbon the box a weight of 12.60 lbs so it was probably a ware house mistake but at this piont it is buyer be beware but customer service is nonexistent i will update if anything gets resolved”

“2 weeks after ordering and after being sent an email that product shipped I was sent an email saying the order was cancelled due to them over selling their inventory and that I would get my money back in 2 to 4 weeks. Refund should be immediate or at least a few days after order is canceled. They've had my money for 2 weeks during order fufillment time, plus another 2-4 weeks for refund.”

“Was told on 4/4 that my order was shipped with expected delivery 4/9. On 4/9 got a message you were out of stock. If it was shipped on 4/4 how could MY order be out of stock on the delivery date? I have bought from you several times in the past. Maybe it’s because your new customers are more important than your existing customers.”

“I did not receive the 10 boxes of 12 gauge shells I ordered and got 10 times the amount of another caliber altogether. The shells I ordered are no longer available and the shipping contact hasn't responded to any of my three emails in more than a week's time. Mix-ups happen, but the lack of response from shipping is not ok, especially when customers have been charged money for items they don't receive.”

“wrong product shipped - they sent me BB size shot loads rather than #4s - no response from Customer Service in 2 days since email sent detailing problem - not good! Also - website says"no returns on ammunition" - so now what? I hope they can make good on this.”

“I ordered a box of ammunition, few days later I received email that my order had been shipped. A few days later I received another email that my order was in short supply and I would be refunded my money. I haven't been refunded, and haven't gotten my order.”

“Extremely Poor! We paid the additional $9.99 for expedited processing on our order that was placed on March 16th, 2020. Our CC was charged $90.11. It is now April 10th, 2020 and we have not received our order or any communication from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTDOORUNLIMITED.COM if you expect to receive what you have paid for. They took our money and that was it. We will be submitting to the BBB and hopefully can recoup our lost money somehow.”

“I’m not sure if it’s this order or the next one, but you guys shorted me 1000 rounds, your customer service told me I needed to send pictures to resolve it. I sent the pictures then I was told it will take another 7 business days to “investigate”. You may be losing a customer soon as my money is tied up for stuff I’ve not received.”

“Shipped wrong product. Took over a week to provide a return label, and several follow up emails. Told they sold out of product I purchased, and please return what you bought for a refund. Sorry you're going to pay $0.03 more per round, but we're not going to do anything about that. Will never buy from again.”
