My name is Tom I've never received my money back on my credit card they never send me the product at all it said they're going to refund my money and never did they never received the product or my money back and they said they will give me my money back hundred $55 and some change but they never did $155 never received my money back or the product halide they lied never received it never got my money back they never contact me and said they were going to give it but they never did

You show pictures of individual boxes of ammo, which is what I thought I was buying. What I actually received was a single bulk box of 1000 rounds. Would not have purchased this if I had known the shipment didn't match the picture. I also sent an immediate follow up note asking for you to rectify it, but still have NOT heard back from anyone.

Sent the wrong ammo and wouldn't return my email request to correct the issue. I got stuck with 200 rounds of ammo that I had no use for. I own a 9mm handgun and was sent ammo for a 45 cal. Biggest waste of money ever!

Sent the wrong ammo, never resolved it only offered an excuse via email since then I've had two other companies send exactly what I ordered in less time.

Recieved my order bucket of 22s was packaged on the side and spilled all over the box. Hornady boxes of shells was wet and no it hadn't rained that week. Not happy will not order again from here. Emailed customer service and no response.

I ordered 1000 5.56 rounds. I received 25 357 Mag rounds. I contacted them and nothing.

I purchased some 4 boxes (50rds/box) of home defense 9mm ammunition which I received. However I also ordered 1000 rounds of range ammunition that I did not receive. I emailed Outdoor Limited and notified them of the missing package, they wanted me to send some pictures of the box, ammunition and packing slip that I received. I complied. I have not heard from them since that initial correspondence. They said they needed 5-7 business days for investigating the issue. That time has elapsed with no correspondence from them, even to notify me of any potential delays in their investigation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OVER $$$500$$$ DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!!!!!

Paid for an order, and instead of asking for paperwork I didn't know they needed, they cancelled my order after 2 weeks of no contact. Then I offered to send paperwork, and they didnt know what order I was talking about. Very unorganized. At least I did get my money back.

Very terrible, ordered 200 rds of .45acp ammo, and recieved 200 rds of 9mm ammo. Emailed the customer service immediately upon receipt of the item with a photo showing the package, packing slip (which showed .45acp), and ammo(which was 9mm and incorrect). Asking if i could be refunded the difference in price from .45 to 9mm and have never heard back since. The mix up isnt too bad because i do have 9mm firearms, but i needed .45acp and payed for it, yet recieved a much cheaper round, so now this company pretty much robbed me for $35 because the customer service is might as well not exist. Very disappointed.

I did not receive all the items I paid for, despite all items being accounted for on the packing list. To be clear, this is not some small item that may have gotten dropped during packing, it was a brick of 250 12 gauge shells that never would have fit in the box I got. My initial complaint was met with a response of "please allow 5-7 days for a response due to high volume order". It has now been 8 days and I'm still waiting for an answer on an item I paid for over 2 weeks ago. If this issue is not resolved soon, they will have lost my business permanently.

Before the order even shipped I contacted customer service to let them know of a discrepancy but they were unable to fix it even though they had NOT shipped my order. Since they do not except returns I ended up with a product I cannot use. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I cannot review my purchase because I never received it. Instead I received the wrong ammo. They sent me 380 ammo. I don't even own a 380. The packing list inside was correct but the ammo inside was wrong. How does that kind of mix up even happen?? Notified them about the issue when I first received the package. They responded to me. They said they would correct the error. It has now been over 11 days so I contacted them again and their response was "thanks for your order". Really?! To us military veterans this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I just read another very recent review from another customer of Outdoor Limited who had an almost identical situation happen to them. No ammo and no refund.

Worst experience! They sent me the wrong ammo then said they would fix it but now have stopped answering my emails. I wouldn't purchase here again.

They sent the wrong stuff. I reached out and someone responded that support would contact me. They never did. Still do not have the correct gauge and have BBs of all things 🙄
