“Placed order 3/26, get shipping notification 4/2, then a generic "cancellation and refund" email on 4/8 saying "oops, sorry we don't have what we guarantee to have in stock on our website when you placed your order".”

“Item had not showed up. I can not give a good review on something I did not get. Tracking sucks to put it nicely. It is an item that is not available so no way on knowing if or when the product will show up. This was the first time buying from this company and likely my last”

“I have a problem with my order and have contacted customer service numerous times and I have not been able to get a response. I was contacted by them and I was told to send pictures of what I ordered. I sent the pictures 3 times now with no response. All I want is a refund or a replacement with the correct item.”

“We understood that covid-19 was disrupting fulfillment times, but nearly two weeks after placing a large order, it still had not been touched. In addition, our credit card was charged the day after we placed the order, which we consider highly unethical at the least. Very displeased with our first encounter and definitely will not be back for a second. They did refund our $$ quickly, however, upon request.”
