“Ordered 9mm. They are out of everything and this was there. In my haste to order didn’t realized it was wrong ammo. Tried a return but was denied. Admitted my mistake and asked if they would give me a coupon for future purchase. Nope.”

“Before my order was even processed, I asked for a part of it to be replaced with another item. You said NO. This is horrible customer service and will forever stay away from your store for future purchases and will not recommend to anybody I know.”

“Received an email my order was shipped. I checked the tracking a few days later. Label was voided so no shipment was sent. No follow up email, no refund. Had to call my cc to reverse the charges. Shame. I see others had no luck calling or emailing the company so I won’t waste my time.”

“Sold me some Remington shotgun ammo that had been discontinued by Remington over 2 years ago . The shells had a issue that made them unusable. There response was not our problem call the manufacturer . Luckily Remington is a stand up company and resolved the problem with ease .”

“Very bad packing on this order, asked in the order to pack well to avoid damage in shipping and payed extra for more boxing but got nun! So the cases and boxes showed up all smashed, now I have to pack loose rds. And that is not what I payed for or wanted.”

“I placed my order on June 22nd and still haven't received the order. According to Fedex, the order was damaged and undeliverable. I emailed customer service and was instructed to contact the shipping manager which I did via email on July 5th. Still awaiting a response.”
