They accepted my order, took my payment, made me wait for a month, then sent an email saying my order was oversold and they will issue a refund. The refund took 2 additional weeks to process. Total waste of time and money buying feom these guys and I wont make that mistake again

Still haven't received my order, the label was damaged so they shipped it back, still haven't shipped out the replacement.

Poorly packaged. Container box not stuffed with sufficient filler. So, everything broke open, and some of the rounds were lost in transit.

I made mistake and ordered wrong ammo, tried to cancel or change order with right ammo no response, that’s ok cause I’m just learning firearms, the money was not the problem here it was your reaction so enjoy that 63 bucks

Not too happy very disappointed over a month now have not heard from you have not received my order and have never gotten in touch and keep me about it not happy

I can't really give an honest review of the product as I haven't received it yet. Ordered on July 6th with a 7-10 shipping window and it's now July 26th. The note on their page says not to email or call about order status as it will delay all orders. Other people must not have heeded that advice and must be blowing up their inbox and phone lines because my order is certainly delayed.

A business that cannot change a order before the items are even taken off the shelf is a poorly designed business. I will take my business elsewhere to someone who has better capable setup for change in a order.

Ordered 500 rounds of .308 Winchester. They sent a case of .40 S&W. Very difficult process to initiate a settlement, still awaiting resolution. They require this and that, and photos and you can't speak to anyone, as they don't answer their phone. If I don't get a proper settlement soon, I'll initiate a complain with my state's Office of Consumer Protection. I'm not sure whether they're an honest outfit.

We never received our order. According to explanation there was a message that label was destroyed. We had to call to find out anything and then just received an email that we would be credited. Not even an offer to resend the product.

I received an email stating confirmation of my ammo order. I got an email stating it's on its way. Then I got an email stating they're out of stock and they are refunding my money and 1 last email stating my order is on Its way again. I have not been credited the money yet . I called several times and no answer. No return call from my message. Not impressed.

The product was not delivered to my home by UPS. It was taken to a UPS pick up point and I was never informed that I had to go pick up the package. This could be an issue with UPS and not Outdoor Limited. However, I ordered the same ammo from another on line company who used UPS and it was delivered to my home.
