“Didn’t get what I ordered, I ordered 5 boxes of steel cased 223 (100 rounds total) received 5 boxes of 9mm instead. I sent them an email on August 1st and the sent me back a link to file a report on what was wrong. I believe August 2nd filled out the report and it’s now August 11th and still don’t know if I get to keep the ammo or if i have to send it back. I ordered the ammo on 7/22. So have been waiting almost a month to get what I ordered”

“This company will bill your card before they ship your merchandise! Then if you cancel your order because you are tired of waiting for them to ship, they will hold and run on your money for 2 weeks. Buyer Beware!”

“Well I have ordered ammo two different times and the wrong ammo was sent both times. Matt Hodges took care of it on both orders ... but Im a little hesitant on placing another one , maybe 3rd time will be a charm.”

“Slow process from start to finish and have yet to hear back about the wet damaged order that I received . Rusted rounds in the box!! Customer service did send a response email after I called and left a message but never heard back from anyone on the damaged shipment . I won’t be ordering from this company again. Just FYI never send a customer survey to to an unhappy customer unless you have resolved the issue first !”
