I was sent the wrong ammunition even though the order form and invoice clearly indicated what I’d ordered and when I enquirer about how to return them I was ignored.

They took $600 of my money for ammo they did not have in stock and did not notify me. In fact, the status said that the items I ordered had shipped. After not arriving, I inquired with the courier's tracking number and they indicated that Outdoor Limited had only created a label and that the items had not been delivered to a distribution center for delivery. I inquired to Outdoor Limited customer service by phone and by email and there was no response for several days. I then contacted my credit card company and filed a charge dispute. Then and only then was I able to get a response and a refund with an apology from Outdoor Limited.

Ordered hollow point rounds and you sent target rounds. I will never order from you again and will advise same to my friends.

I was excited when I was able to order 12 ga slugs for hunting through this company. I bought them a month before the season. I got even more excited when I saw there had a shipping label assigned to it. I waited about a week after I ordered them to be told that they oversold, and couldn’t send me what I ordered. Disappointing to say the least. Hilarious that I received an email to review a product I never received.

My items were shipped on 20 October and I still haven't received them yet. I contacted Customer service and no one has responded yet.

I cannot use these at my local gun range, it should have been clear that these were steel which is not allowed at our range

Supply and demand is one thing but taking advantage of a short supply by doubling the price is unethical. Yes I didn't have to buy at that price but needed ammo now! Won't be back.

I accidentally ordered the wrong type of ammunition. I did not want a refund because they gave a no refund policy. Instead I asked to be allowed to change the ammunition purchased for the correct ammunition. My request was denied. Even thought I explained that the incorrect ammunition would cost my weapon to explode. Now I am stuck with about $400 of ammunition I can not use.

I bought bullets. You gave me a shipping #. Then you cancelled my order. Obviously your website sucks!! Not back order, no explanation. Until I asked what was going on. " We over sold the item".

Very poor service regarding communication for request to return or exchange purchased ammunition. The condition I received it was something less than ’new’, but could not return because???? My error for not recognizing the missing ‘Luger’ identification of the purchased rounds. Based on my experience with this purchase outcome, I may or may not be a repeat customer. We’ll see
