“The product I purchased was defective. I contacted Outdoor Limited but all they said to do was for me to contact the “overseas manufacturer”. I will not purchase anything from Outdoor Limited again.”

“will not do business with these people again. they charged me for express ship when I did not ask for it. they also charged me insurance in addition to shipping. I bought 4 boxes of shotgun shells and they charged me $95.”

“When I received the package, the ammo box inside the cardboard box was open and the bullets were everywhere, supposed to be 50 in a box but I counted only 45. At 2 bucks a round that’s annoying.”

“Never received my order from UPS. I was watching and looking for package delivery in my home" and UPS notified my e-mail as delivered".....it was not". I immediately called UPS who said the delivery person' says they delivered it" but they were never here". My money and ammo' down the drain". 😒😧 .”

“Order was never recieved. UPS lost package, found it, sent it back to them, and 3 days have passed. I sent an email this morning asking for the status and they replied saying they're waiting for UPS. I sent them the tracking number showing it was delivered several days ago and they still haven't responded. I also haven't received a refund. Unfortunately, I might have to escalate. I suggest using a different company. This may not be normal but it was a mess up on several different levels. And the customer service has been pretty insufficient.”

“I ordered 250 rounds of Colt .45 ammo from this company and they bulk packed it in a cardboard box. When I placed the ammo in my carrier, I noticed they shorted the count. I called and some obviously inexperienced kid, said we can’t send the additional ammo or refund to my credit card for the missing rounds (which are almost $2.00 per). He then said store credit only towards a purchase. I told him he’s all out of ammo! Store credit? No one knows when they’ll get the anmo in-house, so store credit is useless. He abrasively says, that’s it, we’re not doing a refund. When I mentioned that the North Carolina State Attorney Generals Office may like to hear how you’re doing business, his response was, “I don’t think the attorney generals office is worried about a few rounds of ammunition.“ Well, they may not be worried about a few rounds of ammunition, unless you’re doing this to every customer and making out like a bandit by shorting your customers ammo count. I told him I’ll just go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. He then told me that they would block me from the website. So, this is how customer service and business is handled at Outdoor Limited. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). And remember, there’s plenty of other places to purchase ammo, especially since this place can’t seem to keep it in stock anyways.”

“Ammo boxes weren't secured inside the shipping box and when it arrived to me every box was torn and all the ammo was rattling around inside the shipping box. USE TAPE OR PACKING IN THE FUTURE TO SECURE PEOPLES ORDERS.”
