Several bullets were unusable. Seems the die from the factory was not working correctly. Very unsatisfactory

have not got the ammo yet what happened? no return phone calls no return of e mail question paid $ 62.36 for ammo on the 17 TH of FEB

Horrible service, took a ammo order and they gave me a shipping tracking number after they said was shipped. I tracked for a week, then they sent me a notice a week later to tell me the order was cancelled due to a inventory mistake. Said they would refund my money 3-5 business days. They never read any of my emails. Will never do business with them again. They didn’t offer any solution, like substitute order for different ammo.

Following my order of 12 boxes of ammunition, I only received 7 boxes. A scrawled note on the receipt stated they had insufficient inventory for the remaining 5 and I would be refunded. Three weeks later, no refund. Whats the point in paying bulk shipping rates if they only fulfill half your order when you pay upfront? When/if the refund comes in, I'll have to pay another shipping fee to finish the order.

I made an error and purchased .357 Sig instead of .357 Mag. I tried to return them offering to pay a re-stocking charge, store credit, pay shipping, or refund. You said you could not take them back because of tampering concerns. The boxes have never been opened, Yes my error, but I thought a little help would be forthcoming. You refused and to me that is bad customer service. You wont help me out so I will not help you out. Bad service is bad service

I ordered hollow point ammunition and they sent me flat point. When I told them they sent the wrong thing they basically denied and said I'm stuck with it. I have a copy of my original order that shows I ordered hollow point too. So I will not be using their service again.

I still have not received what I ordered and it has been 19 days, FedEx says tomorrow but we will have to wait and see.

Waste of money to buy their range ready buyers club. It can only be used on purchases over $99 and only for a year. It's basically a crappy Amazon prime. On top of that, they oversold their product and canceled one of my orders without contacting me first. Customer service personnel took four emails and five calls to return a call. I am not likely to purchase from them again.

You ripped me off. 2 boxes of target load 16 ga for $120. Yes I did not catch it but you could have made it right. You people have seen the last of my money or anybody else that I come in contact with. John kroner

The ammo i purchased was Winchester brand. That is not what is on the casings, which leads me to believe they are reloads and not factory. Also the box said 150 rounds. The package was 21 rounds short of that amount. Im very unsatisfied.

Company does not provide enough information about the Ammo and can mislead to buying wrong products. Don't do any exchanges or returns. Phone calls don't get returned and sent two E-mails with customer service response insensitive. Makes customers feel ripped off.
