“Product never arrived. The last update I received was that it "shipped" that had no tracking number. This order was placed before the weather delayed orders from other vendors, and I have received all of those. No excuse for this.”

“I purchased 2 boxes of 9mm and was disappointed to find the casings were made of steel, not brass. I can't not shot steel casings anywhere around me. All the shooting ranges require brass casings. The advertisement did not indicate the casings were made from steel. It only stated they were FMJ. What am I to do with them? My other comment is these bullets were made in Russia. WTH. I believed I was purchasing a product that was made in the USA. No I will not be buying from your company again.”

“No problem with the ammo. Must say that the service provided was "short of the mark". I followed instructions for ammo pick-up. I sent the requested text call to let service people know I was in front of OL. No one came out. I waited about 10 minutes and no one came out. I called the phone number listed on the door but got an answering service that told me I would be called within, I think, 48 hours. Still no one came out. I finally got out of the car and looked through the glass door in toward the counter. There were three people standing their looking at their cell phones. I had to beat on the door to get there attention. One person finally came out, leaned over the rail, and said in a very quiet voice "yea". I told him I was there for an order. His response was in a very quiet voice "order number". That is all that was said. When I finally figured out what he said I gave him the order number. He went in to OL, finally got my order, came back out, and put it in the back of my car. I asked was it 9mm as he walked by my window and he said "check your order" . He went up the steps and back in the door. It appeared that taking care of a customer was a favor for me and that I was intruding on their cell phone text time. I got what I needed but the service response was poor.”

“Paid for the buyers club. The next order it charged me shipping. Tried to contact them and still 4 weeks later no response. So paid shipping even tho it should of been free. Poor customer service.”

“After taking my money for the full order of ammo, they then sent me a message that 3 boxes of the 8 I ordered were not available, and that they would refund the money. NO REFUND HAS APPEARED in my account”

“They want me to review the product and company when I never received my product? BETTER service would have shipped me another replacement order instead of telling me they will refund me on 3/9 if I haven't received the original order by then. FED EX SUCKS! I am NOT impressed”

“Well, I've not received my order yet and it went MIA right after shipping. I contacted seller and they said they would investigate it and get back to me. Well, being smarter than the common Joe I contacted FEDEX and filled a loose of product claim 2 days after contacting the shipper to give them time to file a loose of product which they didn't. I did receive the following email from the shipper though and thought you might t enjoy it. Kinda funny I have to wait for my $500+ dollars worth of ammunition to be refunded and have place another order for the same product? Sounds like money Laundring at my expense....... Good Afternoon: I have begun an investigation into your lost package. If tracking shows the packaged delivered, please check all doors for the package and check with any nearby neighbors that may have received your package. (Confirm the address is correct, below) If the package has not been delivered, we appreciate your patience while we look into it. We will reach out to you on 3/9 to see if the package was delivered, if not we will issue a full refund. There is no need to respond to this message unless the address below is not correct. Update: Looks like the package is lost and I have to wait till 3-9-21 to get a refund. Well, will see what happens!”

“Given how hard it is to find ammo, I decided to give this maxxtech 5.56 a try. There were 3 failures to fire in the first box with full primer strikes. You should not sell this kind of garbage to people.”

“The price of Shipping Was to the point of ridiculous ,! Paying Tax on product that Was Not In my State , i believe is Illegal . The Price i Payed for One Small Order was beyond gouging !”
