“Instead of getting what I ordered and paid for, which was Precision One 38 spl ammo, I was sent “White Box” ammo: 50 bullets thrown haphazardly in an unmarked box for $1.60 per round. Total rip-off. Will never do business with this company again.”

“Horrible ammo DO NOT BUY! Low power would not cycle my ruger 44 carbine, caused jams Left nasty residue other ammo worked fine I am returning the Ammo for a refund Company is out of business and NOT the same as Maine Ammo”

“Terrible. Will be my last purchase. The packaging to items were tattered. The end of one of the boxes was barely hanging on to the rest of the package, and another looked worse for wear also. However, the box they were shipped in was in perfect condition, and the items were packed well. Which leads me to believe they were in this condition before being packaged for shipment. When I contacted customer service; Jordan responded to my issue. He blamed it on the shipper and said that all of there blemished items are marked as such (these were not, but cleary were),there was nothing they could do (even though I paid for shipping insurance), other than tell the shipper to do a better job. When I responded to provide further information, I never received a response. Issues come up from time to time in business and that is to be expected. However, the response to said issue speaks volumes about the company.”

“Never got my shipment. Got a phone call sounding like a scam wanting my credit card info $17.and change plus tax for tracking. Told them I paid with my credit card and was not giving it again on the phone. That is how scams work. I called several times to check on my order and never got to talk to anyone so I sent an email to cancel. That is a first for me of a business working that way and was too much like a scam.”

“I never received my package. I did a claim with fedex who ultimately closed the claim, fired the driver, and told me to contact outdoorlimited.com to have them file a claim and send me a new package. I called them and left 2 seperate voicemails. I have the screenshots from where the new fed ex driver texted me 8 days after i called outdooimited and left a voicemail (on their answering machine it says allow them 24 hours to call you back) i still havent heard back from them. Im highly disappointed and will never buy from them again because they have neglected to try and make this rjght. All it would have taken is a phone call.”

“I ordered and was charged for 3 cases. I received 3 boxes. I notified Outdoorlimited immediately following their protocols, as well as my credit card company. After 17 days of not hearing from Outdoor limited I contacted them again only to have them tell me that because I notified my credit company they would not deal with me. They could have saved me a lot of time had they just taken responsibility for their "error" when I notified them.”

“this is the first bad experience that I have had you. My order was in transit for over two weeks and then FEDEX said it was delivered on 2/20 but I never received it You then told me I had to get a police report reporting it as stolen I have done that and will be sending it to you but it would seem to me that it should be up to you and FEDEX to resolve the problem”
