“This company rips people off! They said that you have 30 days to review the service policy. And, once you exercise your right of refusal they don't refund your money. this is outright in direct contradiction of their own commercial - which clearly states that if you choose not to continue within the 30 day review period you will get your deposit returned. All lies. don't fall for the BS”

They would ask for copies of services from last year , after I provided them with copies .
Then they asked for last two years .
All I had was oil changes and regular services .
Then they gave my mechanic the run around .
Finally I just paid the bill . I stopped paying their monthly fees and never heard from them again . Buyer beware”

“TOTAL SCAM.... Terrible company, terrible customer service. They seem to never receive any mailed or emailed claims. I sent in and they never get back to the repair shop to discuss the claim. My car was in the shop for three days waiting for their response and they never called or emailed the shop back. They refused to cover my second oil change, while claiming to cover two oil changes per year. You will be waiting on the phone for a long time trying to reach anyone in customer service or claims. If you finally reach someone, they seem not to know what they are doing. They have horrible reviews all over the internet, so I know these aren't isolated incidents. DO NOT GET OX CARE CAR....Total Rip-off”

“From a dealership point of view, I would not recommend purchasing this extended warranty. I had to wait on hold for more that 45 mins each time I tried to call just to get the payment for an oil change that they had approved for the customer. I emailed the receipt and 14 days later got an email that they received the invoice and would send payment shortly, that was 10 days ago. I have yet to get payment. Our dealership will now no longer take Ox Care care as an extended warranty.”
“I have never seen so many one star ratings for a company in my life. When I called the number from their advertisement on Fox news I received a recorded message that did not even appear to be their company, I later found out this in fact was. I called another OX car company thinking I had made a mistake and they told me to stay away from the OX warranty company which they believe is a scam (apparently they get calls thinking they are the warranty company all the time). After reading the reviews I'm glad I did not pursue them.”
“I bought this to cover my vehicle when something breaks. Oz Car Care will not spend any more on your vehicle than it is worth, I thought was why you purchased this coverage. You have to wait at least 20 Minutes before you can talk to someone. While you are on hold you hear the same 4 people telling you how great it is and they are lying.
I also thought I had car rental and they told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket first. I don't have money to pay for a car rental for the month or so it has taken me to get my car back.
My transmission cost about $6000 and they only paid $3600 left me with $2200 to pay. what happened to my $100 deductible. I would never ever tell anyone to buy this coverage. you will get ripped off.
I have fought with them from day 1, since this ordeal started.”
