“TOTAL SCAM.... Terrible company, terrible customer service. They seem to never receive any mailed or emailed claims. I sent in and they never get back to the repair shop to discuss the claim. My car was in the shop for three days waiting for their response and they never called or emailed the shop back. They refused to cover my second oil change, while claiming to cover two oil changes per year. You will be waiting on the phone for a long time trying to reach anyone in customer service or claims. If you finally reach someone, they seem not to know what they are doing. They have horrible reviews all over the internet, so I know these aren't isolated incidents. DO NOT GET OX CARE CAR....Total Rip-off”
“Ox care is awful they told me waiting period was 30 days 60 days later I took the car to the dealership and they took over a week to respond and then said my waiting period wasn't over so they denied the claim. I had made my first and second payment.”

“From a dealership point of view, I would not recommend purchasing this extended warranty. I had to wait on hold for more that 45 mins each time I tried to call just to get the payment for an oil change that they had approved for the customer. I emailed the receipt and 14 days later got an email that they received the invoice and would send payment shortly, that was 10 days ago. I have yet to get payment. Our dealership will now no longer take Ox Care care as an extended warranty.”
“I have never seen so many one star ratings for a company in my life. When I called the number from their advertisement on Fox news I received a recorded message that did not even appear to be their company, I later found out this in fact was. I called another OX car company thinking I had made a mistake and they told me to stay away from the OX warranty company which they believe is a scam (apparently they get calls thinking they are the warranty company all the time). After reading the reviews I'm glad I did not pursue them.”
“I bought this to cover my vehicle when something breaks. Oz Car Care will not spend any more on your vehicle than it is worth, I thought was why you purchased this coverage. You have to wait at least 20 Minutes before you can talk to someone. While you are on hold you hear the same 4 people telling you how great it is and they are lying.
I also thought I had car rental and they told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket first. I don't have money to pay for a car rental for the month or so it has taken me to get my car back.
My transmission cost about $6000 and they only paid $3600 left me with $2200 to pay. what happened to my $100 deductible. I would never ever tell anyone to buy this coverage. you will get ripped off.
I have fought with them from day 1, since this ordeal started.”
“They refused to pay for my oil change when they told me I get 4 oil changes a year this was in January of 2023 ... they refused to fix my car also so I called the person I talked to said I would get a refund because the way I was treated... I canceled my policy after all of that... it has been overwhelming now they are texting me saying I have missed a payment and I won't get a refund because they canceled me do to nonpayment so they need to get better customer service people that knows how to do their job and treat customers better...”

“They try to take the funds out of my account before it was due been calling them for 3 Days to speak to someone about the issue with no response or call back and I'm still waiting for my refund for one of my other vehicles so now I cancel both vehicles and they tell me I have to wait 30 plus days to get my refund back what type of customer service is that they took my money out of my account for the down payment so now I'm disgusted and now I'm canceling goodbye.”
“I can look at all of the good reviews and tell that most of them are automated or computer generated real customers with real experiences don't talk like that but looking at the bad reviews I am so glad I didn't make a choice of giving them my information or any money they went from one quote That was supposed to be the best quote to another quote after finding out what I pay for the service I have now of course they miraculously beat that price and didn't want to give me time to look over my policy with protect my car to see which was better to pushy made me really cautious and looking at these fake reviews I'm glad I stayed away”
