“I went to Ox three days ago and they told me to pay $75 and I paid it and I could cancel within 30 days and they would give me my money back when I called today to cancel they said no we're not giving you your $75 back I asked to speak to a supervisor they wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor I am a senior citizen they took the only $75 I had they lied to you they tell you they're here for you and they're not they inflate their business so if you see them on TV or on your cell phone do not go to them or anything not one thing and they will not give your money back”

The company has a very simple contract and their Claims Adjusters will make sure to find one thing that they can deny the claim for while having you jump through hoops to get them information.
