“I called this company for a quote on my car to see how much it would cost and they have not stopped calling me at all they call me everyday harassment I would advise my personal opinion not to call this company and give them any of your information”
“Lost job & called to CX acct. They were so nice at first and offered to defer month, and lower price going forward. However, they charged me the next month anyway & when I called to get credit, they refused. Cx'd acct due to BAD customer service and false promises.”

I GAURANTEE IT WILL TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO TALK TO SOMEONE!! My customer's claim took almost one month to get declined. The reason they didn't cover the transmission? Oh because there was an engine oil leak also and they deemed that as a lack of maintenance. What does the engine oil leak have to do with the transmission failure?”

“Submitted a claim after paying forever and 1st claim was denied for lack of maintenance. I purchased my Porsche macon new and took it to the same dealer every 10,000 miles for oil change and whatever maintenance was due or required. I supplied the receipts to Ox and that was not enough. There has never been an oil leak in my garage and there is some seipage but they say long term oil leak(LIE). Lie only to deny claim. Nothing I can do. They screwed me.”
“Don't buy this! Try calling several times to cancel my warranty. And no one will call you back. No one will pick up the phone. You're on hold for 30 minutes. Is the worst piece of s*** warranty ever period not only that, they did not cover anything, not even an oil change as they say in their ad.”
“Well I hope this does help future customers because it sure didn't help me. I purchased their contacts. Paid my deposit or 1st month. When they sent me my contract nothing was what they said. So I cancelled the very next day verbally. Was promised by Michael that my money would be reimbursed. NOT!!!!! That was 5 months ago and still nothing. Please people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! “signed up 1-30-23, after reading the booklet and seeing what they don't cover I canceled it. by filling out the page in there booklet and mailing it back like they said. Well it set in there mail room for two weeks, now they say I didn't cancel within 30 days and I cant get a refund. After calling multiple times they now say i need to take my car and get the mileage certified after eight months. I would not consider this company for any thing”

“This company Ox car care, the charge my credit credit card $4000 for my BMW 650 2018. I never give the Authorizationt to charge my credit card. And this company refuses to give that money back too me .

“I called OX Car Care and they proceeded to tell me that the $75 was to get your policy over so that you could look at it for 30 days before your payments starts.
During the their voice verification I stopped the lady and told I wanted to read more about the company and to stop the verification. Five hours later they I credit card had been it with 2-$75.00 charges. When I called the next day they said $75.00 was non refundable. I did not agree to the verification therefore nothing should have impacted my credit card.”
