“My car would not start so I took it to the shop, mechanic said I need a new starter. Filed a claim with ox and they denied me saying it wasn't covered. I called the company and couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. When I finally reached someone it was someone from corporate and they told me tens of thousands of complaints habe been made against the company especially in regards to paying out for repairs. I was told they habe lost the BBB acredditation and I would be receiving a refund. They offered me a new policy with line 5 and told me I would habe to bring my car directly to the dealership. I don't know what happened but in my opinion they're crooks just out to get your money. Stay away...”

“My contract agent Jonathan Moore. I told him on a recorded line that my truck actual mileage was 112262 miles. The last service was 110080.He made the contract out for 110000 miles. And I had a problem with my truck carried it to the shop. Shop made a claim. And the claim was denied. Because of the 110000 miles he made the contract out for. This is what it is.
They are saying. The truck already had 110080 miles only before the contract was made. In the contract it's made out for 110000 miles. They are saying. I hit the problem before I took out the Warranty. But my truck had 112262 miles on it. And
I carried my truck to the shop with 113165 miles on it. This oxcarcare company straight out con.Me. BEWARE OF FRAUD!!!!”
“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY if you are looking for good warranty company please don't use these ppl. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. They kept giving the dealership the run around. Then when I would call they would lie and blame it on the dealership. The are very rude I was hung up on 4 times. They finally denied my claim after 3 weeks of playing around. I will be seeking legal action on this situation. They are so bad the dealership said they won't accept them anymore.”

No one is assisting me with trying to get my car fixed!! “Ist time I put my car in the shop it needed a battery they tried to keep me car for over a month did not wanna pay the claim. So ended up paying it myself self. I said ok I want cancel yet my car needed and oil change. They told me to call them when I get to Jiffy Lube they would give them a Credit Card number. So I called once and was done. They kept hanging up on me. I paid it they said they will reimburse me it’s been 30 days. Still no money if any one reading this would like to start a Class Action Lawsuit against these people we need to really go after then. They are horrible business people.Rude,disrespectful lying people you can ever run across. Run fast from Ox Car care.”

“I was harassed and called over 8 times by a disgruntled employee by the name of "Matt", an employee of Ox Car Care. When I demanded to speak with a manager, I was routinely hung up on by everyone I spoke with. So I filed a $20,000 lawsuit against them for Violations of the TCPA and harassment in Harris County, Texas, since I'm on the Federal DNC Registry. I served them with discovery and I should have a judgment against them pretty soon. Trial set for November. In the meantime,, MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO RUN THEIR LEGAL BILLS SKY F'in HIGH!!!!!!!!!!
