“This is the only ext'd warranty my dealership will not accept. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE before you buy one of these contracts call the claims line. 1 800 301 4074. I GAURANTEE IT WILL TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO TALK TO SOMEONE!! My customer's claim took almost one month to get declined. The reason they didn't cover the transmission? Oh because there was an engine oil leak also and they deemed that as a lack of maintenance. What does the engine oil leak have to do with the transmission failure?”

“Submitted a claim after paying forever and 1st claim was denied for lack of maintenance. I purchased my Porsche macon new and took it to the same dealer every 10,000 miles for oil change and whatever maintenance was due or required. I supplied the receipts to Ox and that was not enough. There has never been an oil leak in my garage and there is some seipage but they say long term oil leak(LIE). Lie only to deny claim. Nothing I can do. They screwed me.”
“Don't buy this! Try calling several times to cancel my warranty. And no one will call you back. No one will pick up the phone. You're on hold for 30 minutes. Is the worst piece of s*** warranty ever period not only that, they did not cover anything, not even an oil change as they say in their ad.”

“I called OX Car Care and they proceeded to tell me that the $75 was to get your policy over so that you could look at it for 30 days before your payments starts.
During the their voice verification I stopped the lady and told I wanted to read more about the company and to stop the verification. Five hours later they I credit card had been it with 2-$75.00 charges. When I called the next day they said $75.00 was non refundable. I did not agree to the verification therefore nothing should have impacted my credit card.”
“I went to Ox three days ago and they told me to pay $75 and I paid it and I could cancel within 30 days and they would give me my money back when I called today to cancel they said no we're not giving you your $75 back I asked to speak to a supervisor they wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor I am a senior citizen they took the only $75 I had they lied to you they tell you they're here for you and they're not they inflate their business so if you see them on TV or on your cell phone do not go to them or anything not one thing and they will not give your money back”
