“Have paid policy for 23 months put first claim for auto repair December 18, 2024, waited 1 month and have not heard whether claim approved or denied and it took over a month to get paid on a oil change claim. When I call OX claim department stated waiting on additional information transferred to customer service and was told claim had been denied.”
“I can’t believe what a tip off ox car really is paid my monthly bill for 2 years my water pump went and the car was in the shop for 3 weeks and every time I call I was told it was in review, all in all it took a month for them to ok it but for only a small amount I had to fork out the rest ox car is a scam then I cancelled one of my cars and they said they needed the mileage??? For what ? Why you need that info I’m canceling. Car shield is the way to go , had it on another car 7500 in repairs and got the ok while I was waiting for the loaner car and paid the whole repair !!! “I put 1 star because i couldn't put zero stars. After taking over 15 days to approve a transmission replacement ox care refused to pay the shop for the repairs that they finally authorized due to the fact that after such horrible service i decided to cancel the extended warranty. When we contacted them they said that if i reinstated the contract they would pay the claim. Instead they opened a whole new contract and again refused to pay the original claim that they did authorize. Stay away from this scam of a company”
“I I attempted to cancel my contract the very next day and I got the runaround from everyone. I got different answers from several customer service people. They continue to try to keep you on the phone kept you on hold all day so this is completely a scam and I informed the people who want to look into this try to reviews first don’t be like me and do the reviews last James”
“Scam!!! They charge you 75 to get started then the full price of place 7 days later which mines was 175 exactly 7 days later. They don’t give you any documentation by email or by mail. They also dont cover anything and have very rude customer service. When you want to cancel they wont cancel or stop coverage until an email is sent. Process takes over 3 months so they say. Scamm!!!”
“I called to cancel my contract I was on the phone 25 minutes and it still did not get canceled, the rep gave me a big hassel refusing to cancel it with multiple questions about why I wanted to cancel, it really frustrated me, so I told him I will call back in the morning.”
“I have had the worst experience ever with ox car care they have given me the run around for over 6 months. I cancelled my 3 vehicles I paid over one year into each vehicle never used the service. I requested a pro rated refund and it’s been over 6 months nobody can give me straight answers. I call on a monthly basis and get transferred around to different agents and hung up on. This is sad that you trust a company to do you right and instead you get done wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone it’s a waste of money and time. These people are thieves they are worthless when you need their help. I would highly recommend Endurance Car care they are superb and excellent customer service. Don’t trust this cracker box Ox Car care company because they don’t care about you or your car needs I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau against them because I work hard for my money.”

“They keep you on hold forever and they take a very long time to approve your car for repairs and maintenance !!! My car was in the shop for 6 weeks before they approved only a friction of the repairs my mechanic said I needed. Can you believe they denied a Schedule B Service on my Mercedes which is regular maintenance and they denied an oil leak. I couldn’t believe it my experience was awful. Then they didn’t even approve me for my rental car reimbursement!!! I definitely would not recommend Ox Car Care. You’d be better off putting the money you pay for the monthly fee away and use what you accumulate when you need a repair!!!”
“Bait and switch... do not choose this company... signed up for their driveline and electronic coverage with $250 deductible, got switched to some plan called "Drive America" $1000 in coverage which they would only pay $500. I have a major repair and they refused to honor their warranty.”
“Ox car care is a scam. I cancelled my service agreement and I was still charged a full monthly premium and then they denied my refund. The customer service rep Danny ID 2540 was rude, highly unprofessional and sassy. I asked for a manager which he denied and he said they don’t have managers and then finally advised me they called them Supervisors. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Alex personal ID 2582 he was highly professional and explained the company’s reason for denying my refund. I’m still not happy but not much I can do at this point.”
“Scam company - they denied all claims, i had 2 times requested. All times they denied do not correctly explaining what's is the reason.
Both times I paid out of pocket both times over $2000
They do not care and cover you at all, poor customer service as well.”
“Ox Car Care called me offering coverage. Ox Caller items that were going to be covered. When I tried to have the same items repaired Ox denied coverage. When I asked for the initial phone call recording, where I'm told those items were covered, Ox said no. This company is TOTAL SCAM.”
“I absolutely hate Ox Car Care with every fiber in my body. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have to take Lexapro each time I get off the phone with this company. I called to cancel a policy that I did not give permission to even start. They still charge my account for another month and I’ve been going back-and-forth for two months to get my $240 refund. This has to be illegal what they do.”

First thing it takes too long to verify the account.
I talked to the support before doing anything, and they told me they have a guaranteed stop loss and instant withdrawals and when i tried the broker i found that all what the support told me is a lie, no guaranteed stoploss and i requested withdrawal more than 9 days and didn't receive it, a friend reported this stvpid platform to A I X A L T D . C O M on my behalf, that was when I was able to withdraw my money.
And one more thing, you can't withdraw your profit using same deposit method or any method.”
“We had car shield before and the car needed a lot of work the dealership call got the repair work approved right away, with your company it has to be sent in an email and it takes up to 72 hours to hear back from you and in the mean time I can’t get a rental car that your company says it will do , we have two cars under contract with you not very happy”
“They told me they covered certain things so I purchased it. 7 months later I had a problem and they would not fix it I had to pay out of pocket. They are liars I would not recommend them to my worst enemies. Do not use them at all.”
