“I have a Pacvac Battery SuperPro which we have used every week day for 11 months without a problem. One of the hinges on the lid broke last month. I was easily able to order another one from Pacvac but my package was delayed by Australia Post in arriving. The amazing customer service team at Pacvac arrange for my order to be resent by express delivery and recalled the lost package. I really appreciated their help as this part is important to the vacuum functioning well and we rely on it every day. Thanks Pacvac!”

“I recently used the Pacvac vacuum while moving houses, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Its lightweight design made maneuvering around furniture and tight spaces a breeze. The long cord and hose allowed me to reach every corner without having to constantly search for an outlet. “Amazing vac! We use it for our cleaning business. It is the best corded vac I’ve ever used. Low maintenance, strong suction and easy to use. Easy to pack up and unpack. We purchased two and their named and labelled ‘Bluey and Bingo’ thank you PACVAC!”

“Just bought a second pacvac - the new velo - so lightweight and still has great suction. Was also sent a prototype Velcro clip to hold the cord in place. This is helpful but had a bit of difficulty clipping it on to the handle. So my thoughts would be to make the clip a little bigger so it’s easier to clip on to the handle. Great customer service as always.”

“I am so impressed with my Pacvac experience and my Thrift backpack vacuum. Having purchased one of the cheapest backpack models to just clean my home, I was a bit worried. However, the package arrived quickly and the machine works very well. The suction is good, the machine is not too loud, the long cable means I can do the whole townhouse without unplugging and the backpack itself is very comfortable. Highly recommend!”
