Hi Trish, Thank you for your feedback, we’re very sorry for the delay! We have reviewed your purchase which was made online on Wednesday 8th April at 9:10am. Your order left our Perth warehouse on Wednesday 8th April at 12:58pm. Following up with the tracking number your order has been marked as delivered this morning at 8:25am While we were able to complete your order with same day dispatch, the current Covid-19 climate means Australia Post is experiencing some delays which would explain why it’s taken a little longer to get to you, but we appreciate your understanding of the situation. “I purchased a Turbo head 32mm-280mm floor tool, cord restraint plastic and Flexi crevice tool. Turbo head is a gem, I have two cats and carpet floors. Best tool ever, cat hair removed with little effort. Flexi crevice tool is being used for my car in the squeeze spots. Very good. Cord restraint Better than the old plastic/silicone restraint that would perish and become tacky. As for Pacvac filling order, reps once was great. Placed order and received within a few days. Very happy I could buy from Australian suppler. Very happy customer I enjoy using backpack at work and home. Thanks”

Hi Lynett Thank you for coming back to us to confirm your order number. Product quality and customer experience are really important to us, and we really appreciate your time to follow through. We investigated your comments with our QA department. While the disposable dust bags you are referring to have a slight difference in their appearance, they both provide the same level of filtration for increased dust retention and are both Pacvac approved spare parts, so in use, will provide the same levels of quality. “I've ordered some parts for my vacuum cleaner, from the order to the delivery, all went very well, and very fast. I was just scared by the box when I received my parcel - a little bit rough, but inside it was all good.”
