“I used Pac Vacs when I was working as a cleaner for the Education department, I liked the machine so much that when I branched out on my own as a domestic house cleaner, I bought my own Pac Vac.”

“A while ago I wrote a review and talked about an issue I had with one of the Pac Vac machines. Pac Vac got straight in touch with me and went above and beyond to understand my issues. Not only were they amazingly helpful, polite and kind they solved the problem and had it rectified immediately. My new machines I ordered are perfect and the quality I remember. The ergonomics are great, the machine is powerful and light enough to be carried for many hours work a day. I am again in love with my Pac Vac. 5 stars for the excellent service too. “Simply THE best vacuum cleaner owm the market bar none. I have wasted my time and money with that rechargeable rubbish and they just don't compare. This is ideal for both commercial and domestic use. I have recommended others who have now purchased the same Glide 300 product. A+++”

“I have been using the Pacvac Superpro 700 vacuum cleaner for a month. It's easy to use, lightweight with excellent suction. It has halved the time it takes me to vacuum carpet and hardwood floors and dust accumulation on furniture. I would highly recommend this excellent product.”

“Pacvac are the best vacuum cleaners I have ever used, if I had the money I would buy the more expensive Pacvac vacuum cleaner. I have had no trouble with my Pacvac vacuum cleaner since I bought it back in 2018 I think it was. It works like a dream best vacuum ever bought I love my Pacvac. Thank you Pacvac.”

“I have been using Pacvac vacuums for around 10 years in my cleaning business, and yes i do have other brands vacuums we use, however pacvac i keep coming back to always reliable, never lets me down and they just keep going and this is why i only choose to sell the Pacvac brand in my cleaning shop”

“Tim has been very helpful and is sending different brushes to assist with the machine which does not work - cost $499 but will not suck anything off the floor. Tim has been an excellent customer service man and successfully provided us with a swap for a more suitable machine for our needs. Thank you Tim.”
