“I'm enjoying using the square drills, but am a little disappointed with how they are cut. They aren't all faceted the same. Some are cut on the square giving it less facets per drill, and some are cut on the diagonal (giving them a much nicer shape, look and fit). I wish they were all cut the same, one way or the other so that the finished product looked more consistent.”
“I really enjoyed working on this. So much so that I bought another one! I did the 40x50 size which was a great size to start with. No issues with missing colors or not having enough of any color. It's mindless fun after a stressful day and it's great to see it come together. I would recommend having a bright craft light so that you can see all the symbols.”

“I have purchased and completed over 50 diamond painting kits, including over $200.00 worth from the Paint With Diamonds brand. While the selection is the best, the quality control is extremely lacking. Just completed one with round diamonds, did not have enough to complete one color - why?? Because over 75 diamonds included in the color were square! Currently working on one with square diamonds, and it doesn't shine correctly because the top facet is cut in either a diamond shape or a square shape (and no, turning the diamond doesn't change the shape), therefore the light doesn't reflect properly. Many colors mixed in with others, odd shaped pieces of plastic junk, extremely few leftovers (so you're stuck using junky looking diamonds just to complete the project), and inconsistent sizes of diamonds, which makes a square diamond pattern look very odd. Also, I would prefer a clear covering over the unfinished area as in every other set I've completed. Overall, nice pictures and nice sizes available, but the overall quality needs to be greatly improved considering the cost of the kits.”
“Painting with diamonds is honestly such a great hobby. I have severe anxiety and this really helps me calm down. I love waking upp in the morning, sitting down with my coffee and doing diamonds until i have to work. Even my fiance loves it and he's a huge gamer. The customer service here is excellent and I would recommend this company as #1.”
“I ordered my first two kits and waited 4 weeks to get them. When I started the first one I checked the list of diamonds and I was missing one color.
I ordered replacements having seen on Facebook them at they ship from America and come much faster. It took 4 weeks to finish everything except the missing color. After two more weeks of waiting I threw it away without finishing it.
The second one had all of the diamonds so I am doing it. I’m goin to find another manufacturer for the next one.”

“My packages came damaged. My kits were missing colors. I ordered replacements. Some replacements came, some did not. Was told to reorder. I did and now they are coming from China... now have to wait ANOTHER MONTH!!! I placed my order over 2 months ago!!! And still have udt to be able to complete 1 due to the incompetence of this company.”
“I ordered this in size 40x60 cm. It was packaged very good, however, two of the drill bags were open. All the drill colors were accounted for. The delivery time was twenty one days. It is a colorful painting and will be a conversation piece this Halloween.”
“It takes way to long to receive kits from this vendor. Several other vendors selling PWD are much faster. Unless this product is amazing when I get it, I probably won't order from them again. I will change my rating if I love the kits I ordered. But for now I'm dissappointed.”
