“I was so excited to get firemen's tribute piece to do for my son, who is a firefighter. When my order arrived it was shipped very well. I checked over everything and everything was there.
I have done other diamond projects (by another company) and they do a clear plastic over the adhesive. I find that is better.
Where my disappointment comes in, is the "diamonds" are very dull and not as shiny as others I have done. And also they are inconsistent sizes which leaves small gaps that are pretty noticeable. Also having trouble making out some of the symbols. And I have a 40x60 canvas!!
I love this hobby, but so disappointed in the product I received!!”

“I’m currently working on my 5th diamond painting. 3 were designs from the site and 2 custom prints. I was very pleased with them. The only thing I was a little upset over, was the size I chose...totally my fault, I should have ordered larger. I know now for the next custom order.”
“I have bought 2 painting from them and it have a mistake on each one. The first one miss a bag of one color, have some oil on other and have square drill on bag of round drill (the painting is a round drill one). The second one miss a complete color and have oil on drills too.”
“I got this for myself and my teenage daughter to work on together. When I opened my kit, I thought, "what the heck was I thinking?!" The squares and diamonds are so tiny, it just looked stressful. However, the little tool with the wax on the end, makes it really easy. I use the tweezers to straighten the diamond, if I set it down crooked. It's actually very relaxing, like coloring. I can't wait till it's all done. I will for sure order more.
Tips: 1) put mat under a mattress for a day or two, to help straighten it out. 2) be sure to only pull the cover back in sections, don't pull the whole cover off at once 3) start in one corner and work your way out 4) work with one color at a time 5) you'll need good lighting”
“We ordered a custom picture of our Boxer puppy (7 months old). It took about 23 days to get the picture. When I started working on it there was a 2x2 area that looked like the adhesive was removed. I spoke with customer support and they told me how to fix it. A few of the diamonds packets were majorly clumped together and hard to get a part. I was short 8-10 diamonds on one color but made it work.
Those issues above is why it is a 4 star review instead of a 5 star. The picture turned out AWESOME!!!! We ordered again and other picture that is bigger!!”
“first time ever seeing anything like this was an ad for this company, it looked so cool i had to get one. i got the 'slow crawl' piece because it looked amazing! i had so much fun doing this, the best way to destress.
the finished product looks good, i am happy with it; however, if i go from what the actual pic looks like to what my finished project looks like, it's so different. the detail is not there at all, there are colors in places that shouldn't be (i double checked) and i realized, which i actually don't mind much, these are like pixellating a real pic, so they look better from a distance.
i did buy a 2nd one and had the same problems only more amplified...it's fun but maybe choose wisely”
