“I love painting with diamonds but it takes around a month to receive an order. I have even ordered some that advertised "2 day shipping" but it still took 2-3 weeks. One of my kits was missing some diamonds so I placed an order to have them replaced. I immediately turned around and sent them an email letting them know that the painting was for a birthday present and it was complete all except for the missing diamonds. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them, nor have I received the missing diamonds. I just sent them another emails and if I don't hear back from them I may start looking for a different company to use.”

“first time ever seeing anything like this was an ad for this company, it looked so cool i had to get one. i got the 'slow crawl' piece because it looked amazing! i had so much fun doing this, the best way to destress.
the finished product looks good, i am happy with it; however, if i go from what the actual pic looks like to what my finished project looks like, it's so different. the detail is not there at all, there are colors in places that shouldn't be (i double checked) and i realized, which i actually don't mind much, these are like pixellating a real pic, so they look better from a distance.
i did buy a 2nd one and had the same problems only more amplified...it's fun but maybe choose wisely”
“A lot of the squares with white print would be better with black, sometimes the contrast makes it extremely difficult to make out what the symbol is in some random squares that aren’t grouped with the same color, even more difficult when there is a fold that has a build up of glue makes it even more difficult to see, recommend magnifying glass for some of the difficult ones.
I do find it relaxing but still unsure on if I like enough to say I will order again, we will see what the final product looks like.”
“I'd received this and two others the day before my birthday so I had fun starting this one on my birthday. 29 hours (with breaks) over three days and I love how it looks. 4 stars for looking good despite its small size and 1 star because I got it for free.”
“I bought one kit to try... I now have another four queued up to do because it is so addictive! My second kit came with some ‘rubbery’ diamonds which wouldn’t sit right on the canvas. Contacted customer support and after a couple of emails/images they have advised me a replacement will be despatched. Very apologetic and helpful team. In my view, problems happen. It’s how they are dealt with that is key. PWD certainly get 5 stars from me! And I’m sure they’ll get plenty more orders from me also :)”
“I really enjoyed doing this piece it looks exactly like my sweet Suki! The only thing was the colors didnt exactly add up which I didnt really notice til I was done. The photo shows brown eyes but the actual piece the eyes are color coded to red. Which kinda sucked but I figure I'll put the red out and use some left over colors that look better. Otherwise these things are wonderful!”
