“I ordered mine in April and its now mid July and I still havent received my order. It is the company's responsibility to make sure pkgs arrive safely and promptly. Other competitive foreign companies sent me free FedEx shipments due to change in strict border guidelines out of the company's expense. At least a responsible company should provide refund to the customers for this catastrophe and is the right thing to do. They r not willing to do even that. Hence Im writing this terrible review. DO NOT buy from this company. You will not get ur money back.”
“I really wished I read these reviews before I purchased 3 different paintings (1 regular and 2 customs). I am absolutely at my wits end with this company and its inability to send REAL tracking numbers. My tracking number has now expired and they have the nerve to say "oh, it'll keep moving". UM, WHAT?! How long does it take to move overseas and clear through customs? Why does every other company have it together besides yours?
On July 14th I was promised a refund and after asking them where my refund is they have went silent. This is horrible customer service!!”

“I order 4/17 arrived 7/10 I was lucky to get a few responses in that time but once it arrived the box crushed and the painting ceased, I cant get a refund unless I send it back and that is only if they see something wrong with it yet they say money back guarantee. I wish I looked more into this company, from what I saw it was great but that must have been years before I purchased with them. Also not acretied with the better business bureau. So please dont waste your money. It ships from China anyway for other companies are much better choice.”

They said they would send a replacement but the one I purchased is no longer available. It’s been well over a month now and still don’t have the “replacement”. I ordered my kit April 22nd and just now received it today 7/9/20. Very, very poor quality. Probably will not be able to work it and of course no refund. The picture has a plastic covering over it which was very hard to remove, then there was no cellophane cover to protect the adhesive. The numbers are smeared and I am hardly able to make out what they are. I am soooo disappointed. Will never order from them again!”
“Amazing- adding up all the reviews from five stars down to two stars - eleven pages of reviews. One star has 14 pages of bad reviews yet the company has a 4+ review. This company is a total scam - have waited since April, now July still no kit. Tracking numbers are useless. It’s too bad that people work so hard for their money to be taken advantage by this company. Every email was addressed - “Hey ....” , so professional- right..... “I wish I had checked reviews before buying from this company. I ordered in May of 2020. Within days my credit card had been charged and I received a shipping confirmation. It is now July 2020 and I have emailed Paint With Diamonds several times and is all I get back is an automated response saying please be patient because shipping is taking longer than usual. I have even called the post office to check on it and was told that the amount of time that has gone by is way longer than it should be even with things being slower. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone from customer service since their phone lines are not working right now. I ended up ordering a kit off of Amazon and had it within 3 days. DO NOT waste your money with this company!”
“Scam! Ordered and said was shipped on May 7/20, it’s now July 8/20. Have written customer service and keep getting the round around that “it’s getting closer” and “waiting to be scanned at the next location”, however the tracking has not changed since May 7th (the same day it was shipped). I get excuses about a backlog due to covid at Canada Post however have ordered from other China manufacturers after this shipping date and received them in adequate time. I believe this company is a fraud and would advise not to order from them.”
