“The positive reviews on here must be fake. This company is, at best, one that will take your money with zero interest in whether or not you receive a product, or at worst, a complete fraud.
I placed an order on April 27, at which point in time the shipping time was listed as 4 weeks WITH delays. I was patient for well beyond that 4 week period because of the world's circumstances at the moment. I still have not received my order. I have been asking for a refund for weeks. I have no use for this product anymore. This was meant to be a gift, and I had to buy something else. Due to COVID, I had to leave my home, which is the shipping address on the package, so IF a product actually ever arrives, it is unlikely that I will ever see it.
This might be a difficult financial time for businesses, but it is a difficult time financially for many customers, as well. They have said that they would be willing to refund after I receive and return the product, but (aside from the fact that I don't have much faith that I will ever even see my order) why would I have any reason to trust that they would give me my refund if I do return it? This seems to be a morally bankrupt company, and hopefully an actually bankrupt one, soon, as well, so that they can not steal anyone else's money going forward.”

I will be putting the credit card charge into dispute, and I'm going to contact Consumer Affairs as well to advise them of this company's questionable business practices!”

“I ordered mine in April and its now mid July and I still havent received my order. It is the company's responsibility to make sure pkgs arrive safely and promptly. Other competitive foreign companies sent me free FedEx shipments due to change in strict border guidelines out of the company's expense. At least a responsible company should provide refund to the customers for this catastrophe and is the right thing to do. They r not willing to do even that. Hence Im writing this terrible review. DO NOT buy from this company. You will not get ur money back.”
“I really wished I read these reviews before I purchased 3 different paintings (1 regular and 2 customs). I am absolutely at my wits end with this company and its inability to send REAL tracking numbers. My tracking number has now expired and they have the nerve to say "oh, it'll keep moving". UM, WHAT?! How long does it take to move overseas and clear through customs? Why does every other company have it together besides yours?
On July 14th I was promised a refund and after asking them where my refund is they have went silent. This is horrible customer service!!”

“I order 4/17 arrived 7/10 I was lucky to get a few responses in that time but once it arrived the box crushed and the painting ceased, I cant get a refund unless I send it back and that is only if they see something wrong with it yet they say money back guarantee. I wish I looked more into this company, from what I saw it was great but that must have been years before I purchased with them. Also not acretied with the better business bureau. So please dont waste your money. It ships from China anyway for other companies are much better choice.”
