“After waiting for months the product eventually arrived and was extremely disappointing. I expected it to be boxed as shown in the pictures but instead the 3 kits were shoved in an envelope and had obviously been crushed in transit. The ‘instructions’ were one piece of paper that was crumpled and sticky, not even one per kit! I unfortunately had ordered a couple of them as a gift which is extremely embarrassing.
I tried to complain and got a pre-written reply about delivery times! When I complained again they thanked me for my feedback! Still no apology. I’m sure the kits at quarter of the price come in a better state than this.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I orders a painting over two months ago and was given a tracking number that does not work. Still haven’t received my package and when contacting the company I get the same tracking number repetitively. I have asked for a refund several times and they avoid any answering of the question.”

I contacted customer service about a refund but they told me since my order is still “in transit” (which means it’s in China btw), they told me I’m not eligible for a refund. I received an e-mail from Corey giving an update on my order and explaining that because of Covid, I should expect some delays.

I would suggest everyone also file a consumer complaint with the NY attorney general. There is a form on their website to fill out for scam companies like this.
Also I’m dying at the reviews who say “excellent quality, they will send missing drills at no cost”. If the quality is so great why are so many kits missing things?? It should be at no cost! They screwed up!

“If I could leave negative stars, I would. It took 3 months for my kit to come. When it finally came, I didn’t have enough of one of the colors so I figured I’d try the “oh sh*t insurance”. I submitted my order 2 WEEKS AGO and it STILL hasn’t shipped... And when it finally does, it’ll be another 3 months. For one lousy bag of beads. I ended up buying replacements elsewhere. Will never buy from here again!!”

Ordered mid April and it's now the end of June. I haven't received it yet and getting the run-around from the company. They said they can't refund the money once the item has been sent which is BS. They say it's in the US and will still take 2-3 weeks to get here. I've ordered many other items from China during the pandemic and received in two or fewer weeks.”
“Don't buy anything from this company it is a scam and the product is very cheap! I ordered 3 paintings March 13 and just got the yesterday (June 25) ! The drills are not sparkly (which I thought was the point) the paintings themselves are tiny can barely see the numbers (on the website it says the picture is much bigger) There is an absurd amount of wrapping on each it (yes EACH item is wrapped) I ordered a3 paintings that if I taped them together might come close to the size the advertise one picture being! And the price!!! OMG for the price I thought They would at least be like the one I got from Romwe (for 5) but no that's too much to ask! My advice don't walk away from Paint with Diamonds...RUN!!!!”
“Placed order on April 9, 2020. Shipped from China on April 27th. It is now June 25th and I still have not received my order. Tracking says it left China on May 18th and that was the last update. Feel like I wasted $33 that I will never get back. Their response was that they cannot issue refunds once order was shipped and because of the pandemic, shipping is taking longer. Lies. They just want to steal your money. Never order from this company! Had I known they were shipping from China, I never would have placed an order in the first place.”

I have gotten timely responses from customer service but I’ve been issued a fake tracking number and they keep saying it’s basically sitting in a post office waiting to be scanned. I have also ordered and gotten packages from straight up China and they came in a week. A literal week. From China. I’m disputing with amazon because I used Amazon pay.
