“Just like many have already reported, I too have not received an order that was placed 9 weeks ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times and get the same story. 'Your package is on it's way'. The most recent response is "Good news-according to the latest tracking, your order has been shipped........it should be about 3-4 more weeks for your order to arrive". Three to four MORE weeks! Of course, they accepted my payment on 4/21/2020. They keep blaming COVID-19 for the delays. Seriously, more than 3 MONTHS to receive an order?!?! Would not recommend!!!”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 4 canvases on April 2nd and paid $116 for them. Today is June 16th and I STILL have not received my order! I have contacted customer service several times and I get the same response each time- we’re so sorry, thank you for being patient, here is your tracking info. The tracking info tells me nothing!!! It’s blank! I have demanded a refund 3x’s now and Corey, from customer service, flat out ignores it and gives me the same info again- sorry, thanks, it’s on the way, give it 4-6 weeks. This is a SCAM and I’m out $116!”

“Just as it says in the other reviews, you're scammers, taking people's money for their orders and then never delivering the product(s). There's an "Alert" for this company on the Better Business Bureau website. I'm sorry I didn't look this company up before ordering from it. And, it must be against the law for Original Paint by Diamond to blame Covid 19 for lack of delivery, when they're scammers and never intended to make a delivery anyway. (I ordered at the beginning of May, and am still waiting for my order.)”
“This is a scam. I ordered 2 months ago with no product in site. Would leave zero stars if I could. They keep blaming COVID but I have ordered other products from China after I ordered this one and it has already arrived. They are just stringing me along and taking advantage of the situation. When I asked for a refund they asked me to return it to a store that’s 2-3 hours away from where I live once it arrives (in another 3-6 weeks from now, lol). I ordered this as a birthday present in April for my sister and she still has nothing and they are telling me to wait until July or August. I don’t think it will ever come at this point. What a joke. I usually am patient and don’t leave bad reviews but a “ company” taking advantage of people during a pandemic really makes me angry. Don’t order from them!!!”
“I ordered a kit for my daughter the end of January and the 1st of February ordered 4 kits for myself. In March a tiny package came with only the free 3"x5" plastic in the package. As of this date it's the only item that has arrived after spending over $100. Customer Service and also the CEO Corey have no answers. I asked for my money back in an email and all I hear is crickets. I'm out the money that they kept and not product. Run the other way!!!”

“Well, come to find out there are two paint with diamonds websites. one is paintwithdiamonds.com (which I believe is a legitimate website) and the other is paintwithdiamonds.art. I believe I ordered from the second listed one and have been scammed. The one I ordered from took my money immediately and gave me what I think is a false tracking number and that’s the only kind of customer service I receive otherwise you can’t get a hold of them. They are a scam company and should be dealt with!”

I bought another item from another company and it shipped from China.....It took less than 30 days to receive...I placed this order on April 23, and it hasn't even cleared to the US! I guess this is where the saying "Its on a slow boat from China" came from.I also called you phone no and got no answer........ And why would it take 4 - 6 weeks after clearing customs to get here? “I made my order on April 27,2020 and still have not received anything. The crazy part was I called and was talking with a young lady she was very rude speaking with me then she hangs the phone on me. I sent them and email they sent me a tracking number come to find out it is a bogus number I truly don’t understand I went and ordered more diamond painting from another company and received it in 2weeks. It has been over a month and nothing yet very disappointed with Paint with diamond. They took my money and has it been over.”
