It is now June 27 I have emailed them and I have tried to call them with no response what so ever. This is not a legitimate company so far as I considered. We contacted the company and eventually they "supposedly" sent the order again. After 3 months, we have received 2 of the paintings, nothing else. We have contacted the company including Corey, the president, several times and we have yet to get this resolved. We receive your standard basic email with very little explanation. We are in the process of disputing the charges. We have ordered from several companies and never experienced such a lack of customer service or inability to provide the items that were paid for. Please don't waste your time or money - you will just be out both.”

I’m in the process of disputing the charges to my card. I understand that COVID slowed things down, but I’ve gotten packages from China within a week since this COVID outbreak. “I placed an order in May and haven’t received a tracking number as of yet so I’ve contacted the company several times and received the same responses that it can take 4 to 6 weeks due to covid. My response was that I have ordered the same items from Zulily and I have received them within 2 weeks.
After reading the different reviews I have contacted my credit card company and I am trying to cancel the charges. I don’t believe the positive reviews didn’t have a problem receiving the product since so many people have waited such a long time.”

I have been in contact with “Corey” who says the items have been shipped and keeps giving me a TAT of 4-6 weeks but nothing has been updated on the tracker. He keeps giving me the runaround about COVID and China is backed up with packages, but 2 months backed up? Come on I wasn’t born yesterday.

All I've recieved is some bullsh*t email from the "CEO" about how COVID has put them behind. I can't believe it would put them behind 3 months so I definitely believe that they are taking advantage of the situation. I advised that I wanted either tracking information (at least proof of shipment) or I was having Visa start an investigation for a refund and suddenly I was advised that my order had been "missed". I definitely pursued a refund through Visa. I recommend everyone does the same! Their BBB rating is horrendous!”

“I ordered 2 kits on May 3rd, got an email acknowledgment, and never heard from them, except for marketing emails every freaking day. I emailed them several times and never once received any response whatsoever. I found my tracking number on their website, and determined it was shipped from god knows where via god knows who. It has now been 6 weeks and I don't expect delivery for another 3 weeks or so. I am hoping I actually get the items, then I won't have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They hid the fact that they ship from wherever, probably China. I'm OK with receiving goods from China, but I expect the company to be forthright and honest.
