“Huge Scam!!!! Order at the end of March, still haven’t heard a single thing about my order. I have tried many times to reach out to customer service, which all the send is a email stating they are having a delay in shipping due to covid.”

“Ordered May 18, no information on the website that this will be coming from overseas any location, it appeared to be a United States based company. I have received a tracking number and spam emails asking me to add to my order. No contact with a customer service rep when I have asked for an order status. Since I used PayPal I am disputing this sale as a not-legitimate company and hoping to get the order cancelled and my $50+ money returned.”
“I placed my order , at least, 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived yet and we are at the end of may. I emailed company about my order and have not received any kind of response to acknowledge. I now have to contact cc and see if I can get a refund. What an unholy mess. I won't order from them again. “I ordered on the 7th April and still haven't received anything. I finally got a tracking number on the 20th April and my parcel has stayed still in China since the 8th of May. I'm now into the 8th week of waiting. I got these to kill some time whilst our country was locked down. I think we'll be out and about as normal again before/if these turn up.
There was no mention of the extra delivery time when I ordered. luckily I used Paypal so i'll be able to get my money back.”

“I waited the asked for 30 days to receive my order plus an additional 40+ days before even emailing to ask where my order was. A few days later I received a reply email telling me to "be patient" while they find out the status of my order. During the 70+ days I was waiting for my package I received several emails offering me to buy additional products, but only a couple telling me about my order was, and one of those told me to "be patient" Why would I want to place additional orders when I haven't received my first order. I understand things have gone crazy with the covid virus and delays are to be expected. However, there is still a thing called "customer service" and an update every now and then would be nice. If people have time to send emails offering more products; they have time to update their customers on the status of their order. Furthermore, don't tell me to "be patient" when I have already waited twice as long as I was told to for my order. Never using this company again. If I like the product; I'll be finding another company to buy it through.”
“OK, this is my third review, I wish to say again, I believe this is a scam as I have seen no tracking movement since May 15 and no response from the company since late April. This is ridiculous and they took my money and some of it was my daughters money, do not buy from this company. I recommend to use Amazon. I ordered a kit from there and got it in two days.”
“Do not order anything from this company. First of all they give no indication that your product is coming directly from China, Their site totally appears to be Made in the USA. I can understand a certain amount of delay due to Covid but 2 months. Additionally, they do not answer your emails but boy did they take my money right away. To add insult to injury, they keep sending advertisements to buy more products on my email. DO NOT buy anything from this company!”
“I also ordered my diamond kits in April (along with many others I see) and have not received my kits or an answer from my 2 emails and 2 phone calls as of 5/24/20. But yes they did charge my credit card with no delay. I ordered from this company because they said "made in america". I think they are lying and waiting for shipments from China to fulfill orders!”

“This is my second review. I think is a scam. They took my money and said they shipped it In early April. It is now May 23. No movement on the tracking since May 15. No response since May 8 from their company and have sent several emails. I doubt I’ll get my money back and I doubt I’ll get this shipment.”

I have emailed them every day for over a week and called the number on the website, which is forwarded to voice mail. They could AT LEAST respond! Hope I either get the kit or my money back, will NEVER use again!”
