“I also ordered several kits and still have not received them. I also contacted them numerous time with no response. They tell you to go to Shop to track your order, there is nothing to track. I used PayPal so have created a case with them and still no response. I escalated the case and they will have to respond or my money will be refunded. I will never order from them again.Horrible, will stick with Amazon.”

The only information I get from customer service when they reply is the tracking link and there has been slight movement but nothing since May 15. Very disappointed in the time it has taken to get here and the only explanation they have is the coronavirus.”

When I asked customer service about why my order was taking so long, they first told me that my order had already left China, and then that my order had not yet left China--within the same email.
