I have tried emailing customer service multiple times and each time, they give me a cut and paste response with no real answer as to where my package is. “I'd give no stars if I could. I requested a cancellation on the order as it was over 2 weeks and had not even shipped. I got a ridiculous stock reply that did not even address my request. No customer service and no personal response equals a "NO, never again" from me. IDK what the kit is like now, there are plenty of others out there.”

I will say that I did receive one of them that I ordered (it took over two months to come) and it was great except everything was scrunched unto the package and wrinkled.
Do not recommend buying from Thai company. Get them elsewhere”

Still not tracking number and still not response from the messages I have left. My credit card has already been charged yet not products. I will not ever recommend this to others and I will never order again. Vary frustrating and disappointing.”
