“I bought Pajar Brian Mens Heritage shoes. I never received any confirmation of order receipt online. Had to call them...no one picked up....then emailed them to finally confirm the order. Finally when I received my order, it was missing one insole. Again no response by phone. Only auto email response. Then finally got a response from them that they will notify one of the departments and will get back. I emailed again after one week. Their response......gave me 2 options....either return the shoes for exchange but no guarantee of getting the same size or get full refund but they won't send me the insole.”

“I bought the Pajar boots in an outdoor store in Vermont. They were expensive, but I was ok with the price. Initially, I really liked the look and uniqueness. However, after wearing them for just one season, they started leaking in the toe. My sock was wet in just a few minutes. This was not a puncture and was clearly an issue with the seams. I reached out to the company online and they refused to address my concern and were down right dismissive. Don't buy these products. I will stick to Patagonia and Arcteryx who have excellent no questions asked return policies. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers more than Pajar. Lesson learned.”
“I purchased a pair of men’s boots in November of 2023. After wearing them a few times the pull on the back tab broke off. I contacted Pajar, who in the beginning were moderately helpful. They offered me a full refund or exchange. I took the refund. The boots were recieved by Pajar on January 22, 2024. It is now March 28, 2024 and I have not been refunded. I have been told it’s with accounting and I’ll receive an email when it’s processed. The dismal customer service and return process is the worst I have ever experienced. If my money is not returned soon I will dispute the charge on my credit card through their fraud department.”
“I never in my life thought that a big and well known company is actually a SCAM!! You either don't receive your order or if you have to return and you send them back the product, they just ignore it and return your item back to you with the note that receiver didn't want a product. WHAT IS THAT!!!!

“My poor son had wet socks almost all winter long because his brand new pair of Pajar winter boots formed cracks on the bottoms almost immediately. I thought the water was coming in from the top and would blowdry them frequently until I realized the issue. Unacceptable!”

“If I could give my experience 0 stars I would! Beware of online purchases and returns. First, you can never speak with anyone on the phone, nor do they return your calls. Secondly, getting anyone to respond to your emails is also a joke. They send an automatic response saying they received your email, then maybe a week later a person actually may respond, but don't hold your breath. I'm still awaiting an email response to an email sent 2/14/24!

“Terrible customer service. Be aware they do not provide return labels, you must pay for return shipping and it is expensive. Still no refunds. Called and left 2 voice messages no one called back. Sent over 6 emails to request a return label for my 2 items no response and no acknowledgment. Although I used to like their products, this horrible customer service is definitely a trigger for me not to buy from them anymore. Now i am stuck with 2 items that don't fit cannot exchange or return so that they can refund me. they just don't respond! it is not worth it!”
“Their size chart and shoe tag do not match sizes!! Even after telling them that this is an issue, the problem was still not fixed on the website. I see another customer experienced the same thing. Being a Canadian company, I did not bother checking their website's reviews as I simply trusted them. Do not order from them. Their customer service is absolutely incompetent.”
“Worst boots I’ve ever bought!
Last year I bought the Fero boots and after one month the nylon on the side of one of the boots ripped open. Pajar replaced them and I used them sporadically for a month. Once a week at most.
This year I started using them early February and the zipper on one of the boots broke and can’t be fixed. Pajar’s warranty is six months and I now know why! The quality of their boots is poor and they don’t do anything about it. It was a waste of over $200.”
