Beware of the prices for charms in other countries. I visited Costa Maya in Jan2023 was told the Flamingo charm was only available in the Caribbean. Not true, I found out today as I thought I would look it up on the site. I paid $169 CDN and discovered it is only $75CDN to purchase from the website, not on sale. Know your charms and be prepared to roam on your cell if you are thinking of buying in another country before purchasing at your local store. Ditto the comment below about returns and exchanges. Can only be done where you bought it.

Be sure to use gift card by the expiry date!!!! My daughter received a gift card before the Pandemic and was high risk for Covid, was admitted into hospital twice and she had forgotten about the pandora gift card. Now Pandora won't allow her to use it due to the 12 months expiry date. When my voucher for John Lewis ran out, they simply extended the expiry date. Feel very let down with Pandora because I shop there a lot and expected better customer service. They are a Greedy Organisation.

I bought the Pandora bracelet for my daughter in USA in January 2022, I live in Argentina. In June I start with the claims for quality of the piece. In Argentina they tell me that I have to solve it in the country of purchase. I do not understand how an international brand that has representation in the country does not take care of warranty issues regardless of where it has been purchased. This process takes months. They ask me to take the bracelet to the USA (impossible!!!). I just returned from MAdrid, where jewelry has a 3 year warranty!!!. How can it be that they do not take charge of the issues anywhere in the world where the brand is. So it is impossible to continue buying this type of jewelry where they promise guarantee but at the time of needing it can not be executed. It has been 1 year since the purchase and without resolving the issue. I believe that the issues are delayed so that the guarantee period expires. ref:_00D3ipFIR._5003iMPgkf

I don’t understand what people see in Pandora jewelry. I have two bracelets and three charms, given to me as gifts. Both bracelets are hell to put on and take off because of the way the clasps are made. The charms are top-heavy and will only hang upside down on the bracelets. I have never spent so much time and frustration just trying to put the bracelets on or to take them off. Most days I don’t even bother with them because I just don’t have time to be wrestling with a bracelet. My other bracelets from other places are easy to put on and take off…why aren’t these? Pandora is an expensive scam!

I have two Minnie Mouse bracelets woth charms they look TERRIBLE!! To the point I do t even wear them anymore, for the price paying customers should never have to worry about their jewelry tarnishing ESPECIALLY for the price!! They look like something bout from a cheap store

I experienced the worst that a husband can go through when on a special date, he plans a surprise for his wife and a store ruins the occasion. I bought my wife's gift at Pandora and unfortunately I forgot to choose to pick it up at the store. There is a store 15 minutes from my house and it was only after buying that I realized that I had chosen to ship it to my house. At the same time I got in touch and explained the situation. I said I could pick it up at the store. They told me that I couldn't and that I would have to wait 2 to 3 days to receive it. This was on 12/23. Unfortunately, I was informed by email that I would only receive it on 12/30. Even explaining the situation and the importance of the purchase, I was not given an option. I spent Christmas without giving anything to my wife and explained the situation to her. The promise would be to deliver today, 12/30 and until this morning delivery was scheduled. To my surprise, at 5pm I received an email informing me that my delivery would only be on 01/03. This is ridiculous, disrespectful, offensive and unprofessional. I contacted the costumer service who didn't want to do anything and just told me that I had to wait for delivery and had no other option. That he was very sorry, but that he wouldn't have anything to do. My wife has 4 full bracelets, and I got this new one and bought earrings and a necklace. They're not cheap, and I've spent hundreds of dollars at this store over the years. I sincerely hope that this is not repeated with other people who plan to surprise the one they love and end up being treated as if they were receiving a favor. I never intend to buy anything from Pandora again. I don't need to go through an unpleasant and disrespectful situation like this. If customers and feelings aren't important to Pandora, I'm not a good customer for them.

So my husband bought me a necklace and a charm and the add on charms for Christmas. Unfortunately the chain was too small so we go in today to try and exchange it and not once did they tell my husband it was a final sale like he’s a man for god sakes. So now we wasted 250.00. Rest assured myself, my 5 daughters nor my 4 granddaughters will NEVER buy pandora again!!

Very disappointed in my ring my daughters bought me Christmas 2021. Beautiful ring. I wore it once and noticed 2 stones had fallen out. I took it back and they exchanged with no problem since I had my receipt. I decided to wear it on Christmas Eve this year and the new ring has 2-3 stones missing. It is now over 1 year old so no exchanges. Granted that it was A $75 ring but it should last more than a year. It was ver sentimental as they saved money to buy my birthstone ring and now I can’t really wear it. Pretty disappointed.

27th december 2022 i went to the warringah mall brookvale store to buy a jewellery box they had none in stock however they had two of the jewellery box i wanted to purchase on display i was happy to purchase the jewellery box on display as they had no other in stock but was given a very weak excuse that is would be dirty although it was on display with a celephone wrapping covering the jewellery box i then had to drive another 20 minutes to the warriewood store whom i rang ahead and asked them to hold so i now have the jewellery box i will in future not visit the warringah mall store the staff were not willing to help me

I’ve never ordered from Pandora but they copyrighted an item on my shop that didn’t even have any Pandora Beads on them. They were beads that I bought from Walmart. I guess that just shows that Walmart beads are just as good as Pandora beads and much cheaper too.

I ordered online for a charm, picked the charm up at the local Pandora at Coquitlam Shopping Mall. The charm went on sale a few days later, I returned the charm to the store but was informed that even though it was from the store's inventory, I must send the charm back via Canada Post with tracking. The charm was received per the tracking information and 25 days later have not received any credit or a message from Pandora. I have contacted Pandora 3 times now with no satisfaction. Never order online, they will not respond to any queries. I am still awaiting a refund. Horrible customer service, my 1st call the rep. gave me a bogus ref #, the second call the rep hung up. Finally the 3rd rep gave me a ref #, but this didn't help either.

The jewelery is very bad quality. I returned my engagement ring 3!!! times withing the first few weeks because a small stone fell out every time after a few days. i hardly wear it! now i wore it for the first time after 3 months out to dinner once and 3 stones fell out at the same time. if i were supersticious i would think my marriage is cursed. never buying pandora again!!! an egagement ring is symbolic and should not have anything to do with the price but at least last a bit longer than that. shame on you even charging money for it!

My order was wrong and I was not allowed to cancel it even if it hadn't shipped yet. I was not allowed to merge emails because my computer auto saved my work email and I did not notice when I placed my order. On top of all that they want to charge a delivery fee for the item they messed up. I ordered almost $300 and was not allowed to receive bangle for purchase over $150 because orders had to be placed separate thanks to mistake on behalf of PANDORA!!!! Never again. Not to mention the mess up was a gift for a daughter we found after 31 years.

Placed an order online, money taken from my account, 6days later, nothing contact online so call customer service to be told they had no order? despite having taken the funds? Then without trying to sort the issue, just advised I would be refunded? wtaf? Not I am very sorry, let us rectify this for you and arrange shipment of the items ordered? nope, nothing Will not be ordering from them again

I ordered an $80 Pandora necklace for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I never received it. There was an investigation with UPS where they sent it out with them. They lost it but they had the nerve not to give me my full refund of $80 instead they kept almost 9 dollars for shipping and handling and for taxes on something I never received, when I asked them several times for my full refund they said no because we mailed it out and paid for the shipping. I told them that’s not my fault you need to take it up with UPS not me and they refuse to give me my refund never and I mean never will I ever order from them ever again customer service sucks . I do not recommend anyone buying anything from these people. BTW spoke with Better Business Bureau. They’re not even on their list.🤔🤔

I got a pandora bracelet last last Mother’s Day I never wore it I took it out of the pandora bag and the bracelet was tarnished. I took it to the Nova store, the sale lady ask if she could clean it would that be okay with I told yes. She could not clean. The manager said there was nothing she do. I asked if I could get another bracelet the manager told be No and call the corporate off. She never gave the corporate number. I should get a new bracket. I would not purchase anything for on Pandora and don’t want anyone to give me one

I do not recommend online ordering waiting in the line is worth it. I placed two different orders one for my wife and one for my mother in law. I called about 20 minutes after placing the order when I realized they were shipping my wife’s charm to the wrong address which automatically pasted from my Apple Pay. This was my oversight. However when I called to update the address they advised the cannot make any adjustments after 3 minutes have passed once the order is placed and that I would have to call the delivery carrier. I called UPS and they stated only the sender can update the address. I called pandora back and they stated they cannot cancel and order but that I can return it once it is received which is impossible du the order being shipped to the wrong address. As for my mother in laws order the bracelet I ordered did not show out of stock when the order was placed however 2 days after placing the order the bracelet was cancelled and now only the charms are being mailed. What is she going to do with just the charms? The representative stated the charms can be returned once they are received and I cannot cancel the order. I will never again order online from Pandora and do not recommend anyone else to. Once the order is placed they cannot cancel, exchange or refund.

Their online is horrible. I ordered a bracelet on December 1 no update at all i call and they tell me the braclet is out and that they have no idea where my package is and that they can send me a refund that takes 10-15 business day. I asked to exchange was told no smh. This is a Christmas present and i urder early knowing it would be a mess. So disappointed it was a gift exchange present now i have no gift
