“ Most infuriating customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of using! Order got cancelled, no contact to state this, contacted them as hadn’t heard anything regarding delivery to be told items out of stock, reordered under pretences that I would be refunded Black Friday difference only to be told this cannot happen as it’s click and collect??? What bloody difference does that make???? ”
