“The delivery of our sofa was really bad on many levels.
The delivery crew was unfriendly and at first refused to do the job they were paid for. We paid for assembly of the new sofa in the final location, for disposal of the old sofa and all rubbish.
They didn't want to assemble the sofa and dispose of all rubbish and the old sofa. They said we didn't pay for those add-on services. We showed them proof. Then they said they didn't have the required tools with them. We insisted and somehow they did have the required tools after all and got to work.
Instead of taking the old sofa apart, they tried to take it out in one piece and damaged our freshly painted walls.
They also didn't remove all the rubbish and just left.
When we complained to their customer service and handed over lots of photos, the invoice of the previous paint job from a few months earlier and a quote for the repairs, they said they only pay the £85 if we provide CCTV videos from the inside showing how the damage occurs. As if anybody would CCTV their whole flat. :-(
Also customer support offers a WhatsApp contact for "quick replies" but it takes half a day at least to get a reply and that reply is usually no good.
Choose a different company if you can and otherwise film everything.”
“I’m extremely unsatisfied with my delivery experience!! The delivery itself was quick and tracking was made available with regular texts and updates. The issue being the men that delivered it where rude and impolite and showed no interest in completing the task at hand. The package its self with bashed up the stairs and not handled with care resulting in few scraps and marks. After paying £60+ for delivery unsure if I would use this company again”
“This company delivered to the wrong address despite all correspondence showing the primary address. Their text message service is out of date and they’re customer service is useless, somehow you take the blame and need to give them a solution despite the deliver being their responsibility.”
“Joke of a company, was to get a new boiler fitted today, 1/9/23, received a message night before saying my boiler was getting delivered between 07.00 and 09.00. Gas engineer came took my new boiler out, new boiler never got delivered, phoned customer services to be told it was sent to the wrong warehouse,”
“Ordered a mattress paid for next day, get an email saying it got delivered to the wrong depot and I would not be getting on said day, rang mattress company they would send out other for the following day, following day came same message again from panther, decided to cancel mattress and get a refund absolutely rubbish delivery service.”

Order booked in with Samsung, delivery email confirmation by panther.... then panther change it to a different day without authorisation which puts Samsung in breach of their contract due to it being a paid time delivery.
How they claim to be a leading delivery company is completely misleading considering their lack of customer care & incompetence.”
“Terrible company was over 2 hours late in a delivery was compalin he was out since 4am anyone who had nearly 20hours of deliveries and couldn't deliver should be sacked another customer rang to say how long he would be they are tierd and wanna go to bed and he made it into a competition to say he was more tied just ridiculous if an item is ever gonna be delivered with this company just ask them to take it back you aren't gonna get it on time”
“Advised to delivery after 12.30 with postcode if showhouse and instructions to get to mine. Message night before - delivery before 12.21. Told them I wouldn’t be there and leave with neighbour at no xx and gave his name. Gave him delivery code from Panther.
Phone call to day half hour away. Reiterated delivery instructions. Note to say they had delivered! Rang neighbour- no nothing. Rang driver no answer. Rang company I bought off. They had photo of ‘my’ front door - not mine. Driver rang me. Told him I hadn’t got the package. He said he couldn’t find the postcode ( so why not phone me? Why deliver it to an unknown address?). Told him to go back and deliver it to correct address. Gave him showhouse postcode again and instructions. Rang him a bit later. He was in the road leading to mine! Told my neighbour to look out for him. So now he can’t take a photo of it as he’s done that before. He rang his head office. Nope can’t deliver if I’m not there. Neighbour tried to give them their delivery number. No don’t need that! Eventually they did let him deliver it but 15 mins of tooing and frowing with head office. Even after the three messages to confirm delivery address and their number they basically took no notice. Took over 2 hours to get my package after delivery to wrong address.
Don’t deserve one star”

“Well long story but here goes.
Ordered tv from Panasonic, got notification from panther to be delivered on 21st June! Then a long time later they revised it to 22nd june, with a two hour window.
So far so good!
It was a hot day, but had day off, Windows open television on, waiting.
Thirsty so went to back of house to get a drink, house bell is in the kitchen.
Go back to front with drink and about 10 minutes later get a message, that they tried to deliver but occupier was out or no one home! I was.
So eventually contacted panther and delivery driver! Who admitted they did ring the door bell, just knock on glass outer door. I have a vestibule outer and inner door.
Apologise but nothing they can do, won't come back! Too much trouble or distance!
So have to take another day off work, and have to wait until 26th June, if they actually deliver it! Will not hold my breath!”
“I was order number 4043666152 if they want to challenge this. I paid extra £25 for morning delivery. The evening before they sent me an afternoon delivery slot. I had a webchat to explain and they said they would correct. The following day no arrival in the morning. Webchat again to be given an apology. Told them I didn't want an apology, I wanted the extra £25 delivery fee returned and an explanation why they failed to sort out despite my webchat the night before that was to avoid what happened. I was immediately disconnected from the webchat by a "Mariam". Appalling service.”
“Garbage company they messed up my delivery then re sent it the same day on a different van. It should have been here at 8am it's now 8pm and they say they are still 1.5hrs away. Who on earth delivers parcels at 9.30 pm in the evening. Customer service are script reading robots who have no ability to contact the drivers who refuse to reply. I've wasted a whole day off work waiting for this and only now at 8pm have they bothered to give me a vague time when the parcel will arrive. I won't buy from any company that uses panther for delivery in the future. They make Evri look good. Its taken them so far 10 hrs to do 8 deliveries. Wish I'd have walked from leicester to their depot in Northampton I'd have had my package quicker that way.”
