The box are amazing and it’s really exciting to receive it every single time. The downside of the membership, is that unfortunately being an international customer (living in Italy) I find myself many times reaching assistance team to locate my box and twice they had to send me a new one… I would recommend to evaluate the international shipping company. Other than that I love it!

I'm happy to confirm that we are now sending all boxes going to Europe on an improved service with regularly updated tracking so this should mean the instances that boxes aren't delivered are drastically reduced. Receiving a monthly parcel with some of the loveliest creations is my little piece of heaven. Customer service is very good. In one instance I did not receive my parcel and the solution was very good. It is not the cheapest goodiebox, but most of the items are very well sought out.

It is always a pleasure to open my papergang box. Some boxes are less furnished than others but overall I’ve been satisfied with everything. I haven’t used all the stuff I’ve received so far and I’m not sure if i will (some things are very specific, or some pens don’t always work smoothly). Sometimes I thinks the materials seem cheaper than what I paid for it but after all it is part of the experience. I’m happy with my boxes so far. I’m keeping my subscription as long as I enjoy the content of the boxes.

We have now just moved this into an email that is sent out around the end of each month as opposed to having it on our social media accounts - for the subscribers who want the boxes to remain a surprise. Love that we can now have a sneak peek and skip some boxes because as much as you try to diversify, sometimes we don't have time to use the items before more of the same come. Perfect choices!

I have liked most of your boxes, but am also glad that there's a chance to preview as there may be a month where that particular box isn't to my taste. Everyone is incredibly helpful and I'm really glad I finally discovered Papergang - better late than never!

Absolute love papergang. I love the variety every month and honestly can't wait for my delivery to arrive. My only thought is that once my first 3 month subscription was finished, I wasn't notified that is had ended so I believe I went a month or two with out receiving a box before I realised I needed to renew my subscription. Now I feel out of sync of when the boxes are arriving. I know the dates are listed on our account, but it would be ideal if we got an email notification letting us know when the next box is arriving or if we have to renew. But love what you guys do. Thanks

Currently, all our subscriptions automatically renew when they end. However, it sounds like you might have signed up for our gift sub which automatically expires once the last pre-purchased box is sent out. This is listed on our website when signing up. However, I have mentioned the idea of an email informing you when your next box is due with the marketing team. The Papergang Team

I always really enjoy the items I receive and everything is great quality. The only downside is that it takes a LONG time to be delivered to me most months, and the tracking info can be sketchy!

However, it's sad to hear that the shipping has been difficult at times. Rest assured we are always working hard to improve our shipping methods to try and ensure boxes arrived quickly and in the best condition possible. I get excited when my box arrives once a month, and most of them have been really lovely (especially the Christmas Papio Press one), but a couple have had some repeated items, or been a little disappointing. I especially like the ones that have been designed by an illustrator (more of these, please), and have a good collection of gold stationery items now!

I adore the stationary they send but have had two monthly packages go missing. I guess the postperson saw the pretty box and decided to steal it. It's not Papergang's fault but perhaps they need to rethink the packaging, you did put brown paper around the last resend so maybe that's something for the future?

Was pleased to find you as I love stationery. Some boxes feel a little lacking on items though and I've been a tad disappointed but on the whole I can't wait to open them and get stuck in. Glad I haven't had the monthly planners for a while, they were of no use. The crafting items haven't been of interest (stamps/ink pad/stencil). I'd like more pens, plain blue or black ink rather than coloured. Great to see writing paper, it's rare these days. Post-it notes and tabs are very much my thing!!

The boxes I've received I have really enjoyed and I'm glad there is the option to skip boxes that don't appeal to me. I do however wish that we would get more notice of the themes so we can adjust our subscription accordingly

Great designs would like to see more floral or complex patterns as more to my taste and less appeal to kids if possible 😊

I have been a subscriber for over a year & have really enjoyed having my monthly box. Each month is so different with all kinds of stationery, some of which I haven’t bought before such as Pins & Washi tape. Thank you for letting me have my Stationery Fix through Lockdown & beyond. X

I love the boxes they are great and feature some really lovely pieces of stationary, my only negative would be the time it takes for the box to arrive, the money is always taken from my bank on the 1st of the month but it can take between 2-3 weeks for the box to arrive most months.

love receiving a surprise stationary delivery each month. The quality is always second to none, and I really like the note pads and pens in the parcels. Less keen on pin badges/iron on badges though! It's fab that the contents of the box are wrapped in paper rather than tissue now - maybe make the sticker easier to peel off though, so the paper could be reused as wrapping?
