“The boxes are one of my monthly highlights. The only thing which could be better would be less notebooks/notepads and more other stuff”

“I waited for some of the packages for a very long time, and some small items were missing a couple of times. Overall though, the box is super unique and beautiful, and I loved it most months. I keep about half of the items and give away the other half -- it's nice to always have some beautiful gifts for my friends, for various occasions :).”

“I love the concept but lately I feel some lack of variety, I mean, the exactly same notebook but with different illustration... I would like to receive always different kind of products, different material, different size, different details, and it is very very disappointing to receive always the same things, i love when you innovate! that's the secret, and I really feel that you should work on this, more innovation! it is not because you are changing the artist that you are innovating. Food for though.”

“The first few boxes for me came about a month too late, but I'm told that problem has been solved now! :) Mostly love the content of the boxes so far!! One thing for me though, as an avid bullet journaler, is that the planner isn't really functional. Would rather get it in a notebook form, so I can decide the purpose of it myself. Because I'd love to use it instead of having it sit in a drawer unused. Otherwise love all the work that's visibly put in to the boxes!!”

“Even when they have problems with supplies they keep you Informed as to what problem they might be having as well as when it should be sorted out by. If it is an exceptionally long delay in being able to send the boxes out they explain and throw in a few freebies to compensate for the delay and being patient. When things are running smoothly for them quite often I receive my package before I am notified it has been dispatched, but even if after then no more than a few days later.”

Sadly, we have seen some delays this year due to a mixture of Brexit and the COVID-19 epidemic affecting the lead times for items arriving in the UK. However, we do now seem to be on the other side of this so lead times should return to normal going forward. Like the last couple of months. It's sad to hear you feel the products in the boxes aren't diverse enough. “I really like when the package is original and it includes different types of stationary. You designs are usually very nice and I like it. I am not big fan of having that many journals and note books, so it would be nice to receive this kind of stationary less then basically in every second or third box. I have so many journals/notepads and don't know what to do with it. I think your boxes should be more original within each month. There are so many different kind of stationaries (scissors, pens, pencils, sharpeners, markers, gell pens, sticky notes, stickers, stamps, ink pads..). I would really appreciate to have more variability in each box.”

“Some of the boxes are amazing and have great useful goodies in them. The designs are beautiful and these boxes are worth the money. Some months the boxes are not so good. They are not worth the money and the designer has made the minimal amount of effort.”

“Every box is a treat, full of nice stationery items with a new theme and design every month. Only thing I'm not a fan of are the planner books – being a stationery nerd I already have that covered with more advanced stuff :-) The shipping and customs fees to Sweden since Brexit have been awful, so we'll see how it turns out, because even if the boxes are great, they're not worth double the money after everything's paid.”

Hello Ann-Kristin, Thank you so much for your great review :). We're sorry to hear that the planners aren't the best fit for you. We currently do three a year with four months worth of pages each so all our subscribers can get a full year. Hopefully, the other products are a better fit. With regards to the customs fees, we're happy to confirm that all boxes sent out from the 1st October (so everything going forward) will be covered by our new IOSS shipping service. Meaning there won't be any extra charges going forward. The Papergang Team

“I love getting a monthly surprise of stationary. So colorful and such fun items. So why only four stars? Lots of notepaper but no envelopes. Lots of happy birthday cards but I could use other kinds. But hey I keep renewing because I love them.”

“Love the box, occasionally things are a little the same, I was expecting more cards, for multipurpose use, lots of diaries/note pads which is fine as they can be gifts, I wish the boxes were reusable instead of throw away, that's the real shame.”

“Overall very happy with the product, beautiful designs and good quality products. The only slightly negative feedback is that the last two boxes have arrived open. The glue along the front edge has failed. All the contents are robustly packed so I haven't lost anything but maybe it needs investigating.”

“Papergang is super cool! It is one of the best subscriptions out there in my opinion. Everything you get is really nicely coordinated and designed... I would rate it 5 stars most definitely...if it wasn't for the delivery which is .. bad, since the Brexit. Thankfully, the support is good and helpful and...I guess all is worth the extra wait.”

Hello Meta, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to send over your feedback. We're delighted to hear you are happy with the boxes and their contents. However, it's sad to hear that your shipping has been affected since Brexit. Rest assured we are always looking for ways to improve the shipping, and are currently in the process of launching a brand new shipping service, that will see the customs charges that have come into affected since Brexit be pre-paid in the UK by ourselves before the boxes reach the EU. This should speed up the delivery times exponentially while meaning our subscribers aren't hit with any extra charges outside of their current subscription price. The Papergang Team

“As a self-confessed stationery addict, I do enjoy getting my fix from Papergang every month. I have only given 4 stars as there are some things that could be improved. I'm always disappointed by the sticky notes as they are, quite frankly, rubbish. They don't actually stick to anything which means that I end up having to put them in the recycling bin. I also think that the target market needs to be considered a bit better as some of the items would be better suited to children, for example; stencils that you'd usually find in an infant school. Overall, the subscription is satisfactory 9 times out of 10 and some of the designs are lovely.”
