“The problem is that scientific manuscripts are not always assigned to editors used to scientific language. It is the second time in a row that the review is unstisfactory to me. For the rest, both pricing and turnaround time are excellent, but this is not enough if the review is not good.”

“Unprofessional services. Editing is done by bots and not human native speakers. I kept giving examples of terrible spelling and grammar mistakes and the automated customer service bot always answered that they will edit it again. Each time the text came even worse than the previous time. What a scam!”

“I wish this service was better than it is. It is obvious that the editors are not native English speakers. This makes for stale editing. I have found a number of small but obvious errors when I reviewed my edited documents. Some of the editors are obviously better than others. I suppose this service is better than nothing but you have to re-review everything very carefully.”

“Are you a highschooler with rich parents, who wants to boost her paper a bit? May work (but be careful - they'll leave you with a bunch of grammatical mistakes, which your English teacher is unlikely to approve of. So you may not pass with flying colors). Are you a bit more advanced in your career? Steer clear. Language errors, coherence problems, advice you do not wish for. Quite a few hours of stress and additional work, which I had hoped to avoid. Never again.”
