Hi John, Can you please eloborate what you mean by "childish"? If you can render more details regarding your issue we could quickly resolve them. We see in your document that out of 4500 words, around 900 words were edited. That amount to almost 20% of the document changed. There were significant improvements in the language, formatting and presentation. We ran several human based and bot checks but couldnt find any errors. “The problem is that scientific manuscripts are not always assigned to editors used to scientific language. It is the second time in a row that the review is unstisfactory to me. For the rest, both pricing and turnaround time are excellent, but this is not enough if the review is not good.”

“Unprofessional services. Editing is done by bots and not human native speakers. I kept giving examples of terrible spelling and grammar mistakes and the automated customer service bot always answered that they will edit it again. Each time the text came even worse than the previous time. What a scam!”
