“Excellent work in short time. Thank you!!”

“Unprofessional services. Editing is done by bots and not human native speakers. I kept giving examples of terrible spelling and grammar mistakes and the automated customer service bot always answered that they will edit it again. Each time the text came even worse than the previous time. What a scam!”

Hi Alejandra, Our team is already in touch with you and we have delivered the edited document. As conveyed to you earlier, you were opening the wrong file (ie the original file) when actually the edited file is the one tagged as "tracked". I hope you liked the final document and it would be great if you could revise the review. :) Thanks, The PaperTrue Team

“Great work!”

“It was not what I expected. Some revisions that the reviewer made distorted the meaning of the sentence.”

Helpful Report

Hey there! We have tried to get in touch with you but could'nt. Can you please describe your issue in detail and send an email to support@papertrue.com so we can revise your document? We are confident that the meaning of the sentence was retained and the editor was only giving possible suggestions which were upto you to implement. Thanks, The PaperTrue Team

Hey there Anonymous! We don't have any details about your order as you haven't verified your review. We don't even know if you are a genuine customer. If you can support your case with further details such as your Order ID then we can definitely resolve any issue you may have. Thanks, The PaperTrue Team

“Fast and good thank you.”

“I wish this service was better than it is. It is obvious that the editors are not native English speakers. This makes for stale editing. I have found a number of small but obvious errors when I reviewed my edited documents. Some of the editors are obviously better than others. I suppose this service is better than nothing but you have to re-review everything very carefully.”

Helpful Report

“Are you a highschooler with rich parents, who wants to boost her paper a bit? May work (but be careful - they'll leave you with a bunch of grammatical mistakes, which your English teacher is unlikely to approve of. So you may not pass with flying colors). Are you a bit more advanced in your career? Steer clear. Language errors, coherence problems, advice you do not wish for. Quite a few hours of stress and additional work, which I had hoped to avoid. Never again.”

Helpful Report

“You do a proofreading in a short time which is very convenient and suitable to me. Some of the work has to be redone after proofreading however, I still recommend your website to others and still going to use it.”

“Excellent work. Super editor...Professional from beginning to end.. Finished and returned the work before the agreed time...Thank you very much..”
