“The quality of the book was more than I expected. Our wedding book beautiful and the quality of the paper and pictures made it come alive. I will you this company again for the rest of our photos. Thank you for making quality book oks for reasonable prices. The turnaround time was fast.”

“I cannot rate Papier highly enough. I ordered save the dates and later wedding invitations. They were easy to design and add our photo to and quality was really good and delivered quickly. I made a mistake in the wedding invitations, my fault and they agreed to reprint which was an unbelievably kind gesture. I would highly recommend”

“Since December I have ordered many times from Papier, I love this brand and the quality of the products is unmatched. My most recent order was for 3 x photobooks of my wedding, 2 of which were gifts for mothers day. Unfortuantely I got an email on the day they were due to be delivered saying there was a delay and I wouldn't recieve the order in time. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as I'd paid for express delivery & the customer service was great, they refunded the delivery and apologised for the inconvenience. Can't fault Papier at all, I wish more businesses operated the way they do!”

“I’m delighted with the photo books I ordered for my son’s wedding. It was so easy to use the program and the quality of the book was excellent. I’ve previously ordered photos with frames and they too were very nice quality. I’ll be ordering more photos with frames to match my collection.”

“HUGE thank you to Danielle on the customer service team that was emailing me past 10pm after I ordered a personalised product with the wrong date not once, or twice but 3 times!! She was so friendly, understanding and patient, cancelling the wrong orders and even refunding me the difference when I used a promo code.”

“I ordered a photo book, with linen cover. It was a 70th birthday gift for a very lovely friend and I was anxious because I had never ordered anything fomr Papier before. Anyway, there was absolutely no need for anxiety at all - the book is beautiful. The cover looks and feels stylish / special, the paper and print quality is high and overall the design process was quite easy. The only extra thing I would like to have had was a few page templates that would allow more written content. My friend was moved to tears by the book, she loved it, and I will certainly use the sevice again.”

“I’m thrilled with my experience ordering from Papier! After being gifted one of their pens and journals last Christmas, which I absolutely loved, I couldn’t resist coming back for more. Although I was disappointed to miss out on their Black Friday sale (had I known about it earlier!), I decided to order a gift box set along with an additional pen and refills. Unfortunately, my order was lost in the mail, but Papier’s customer service exceeded my expectations. They promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement, which arrived quickly. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction has made me an even bigger fan of their brand. Looking forward to ordering more beautiful stationery in the future!”
