“Quality of the product is very good, but I didn’t give 5 stars because of the packaging method. The cards do not come in a protective box/ sleeve, so some of mine were creased slightly at the corners. It also makes it difficult to gift to someone else if you are not shipping directly to them. Overall very satisfied with the product”

“I love what you do and am eager to see more designs; also perhaps more objects? Underwhelmed by your French delivery service, which took too long once they actually had the parcel. We waited for several days while they inundated us with emails and texts about their imminent (not) visit.”

“Setting up the title on my journal was super easy. I appreciate how many diverse cover options Papier has. The print of the cover is seamless with the text I added, it looks like it was meant to be part of the print. The paper itself is fairly smooth to the touch. I would love it if the paper was a bit thicker. As it is, there is definitely ghosting between pages, and I do wonder if there would be bleeding if I wasn't using a quick dry pen. Other than the ghosting of pages, I'm pretty happy with the journal.”

“The card quality exceeded my expectations. I paid for the quickest delivery and it came a day later than it should have. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because we had to reprint a change of date because of Covid 19. So, I’m awaiting my new order. I like the on line support. I often have to wait several hours for an answer, but the quality of the help is excellent. The web site is very easy to use and I’m no techie! I will definitely be coming back. Please keep adding more patterns. Thank you!”
