“Love the quality! Love the layout of the diary - it’s usual for me. Love the personalization details. Will definitely be ordering from this company for my annual planners from now on! Biggest issue was length of production/delivery (over a month), but with a personalized item I realize that’s standard. I am also confused as to how I received two orders two weeks apart... I know I only ordered one diary. I am checking my bank statements to see if i was charged twice. I have two of an identical order now.”

“The planner is very nice and good quality. The only thing I would change is spreading the calendar view throughout so that it goes in a calendar, week, calendar order each month rather than having everything at once in the beginning.”

“We recently purchased two framed prints but unfortunately they were manufactured with incorrect colour/mounting and frame combinations. After pointing this out to Papier customer service, the error was quickly acknowledged and options offered 1) return and replace (we couldn't take this as we had ordered the print as a gift) 2) a refund to recognise the inconvenience we had suffered. I must say that customer service was very responsive and understanding and we agreed to keep the pictures and accept the partial refund offer. We will be using Papier again in future based on this excellent response to correcting their initial error. Ordered another print which was manufactured ok and looked good but pricey for what it is.”

“I'm obsessed with my planner along with a matching notebook. It is exactly what I wanted. However, I am taking away a star because when I received my notebook there was already an oil mark of a hand print on the cover. At this point I had not held the book as I had just opened the tissue paper packaging (which by the way was a very nice touch). I've tried using a damp cloth to remove it but it still persists. The planner had no markings on it. The oil mark is not really visible from a straight angle but I was disappointed it came that way and always notice it.”

“I was pleased to receive my Papier notebook quickly. I like that the cover can be customized and you have the option of selecting the page format inside. The only thing I wish were included in my notebook is a ribbon to keep my place.”

“I like that the photo quality doesn't have to be very very high for them to come out. I was a bit underwhelmed by the paper quality. Next time I will choose the shiny rather than the matt. Also the few more page options would be good (or the ability to customise the page shapes). However that said i am happy with the simple classic style and will use them in future”

“Finding a planner that has everything I need/am looking for is a frustrating task that I do not look forward to every year... But I am really happy to have found this planner! I am happy with the ample space to use the planner as I need day-to-day and the number of cover design/customization options are so fun. There are a couple of interior design aspects I wish were a little different, however, and the pictures and description of the planner weren't exactly clear: 1) The monthly to do/goals section is a separate section after the monthly overview pages, so they don't show up at the start of a new month in the weekly pages like I thought they would. Having the sections organized this way (monthly calendars, monthly to dos/goals, weekly planning) makes it harder to flip between all three different sections just for one month. 2) The different styles of free pages in the back are fun, but I wish the lined/dotted/gridded/blank pages didn't alternate every two pages. It looks cool to have them mixed in together, but it would be more helpful to have all of the blank pages together, all of the lined pages together, etc. Also.... two sewn-in book marks would be great! I would love to be able to mark the month page and the week page at the same time without having to wear out a sticky note every month or have a loose book mark fall out all of the time :)”

“So cute! I love that you’re able to personalize the cover and that it’s a hardback. My only issue is that the pages are really thin, so even pencil can be seen through.”

“Very unique and high quality cards. Art and color quality is excellent. The only change I would make is a slightly thinner card stock as the greeting cards feel almost too rigid, a tad too stiff and would like to see a paper not quite as heavy.”

“Beautiful personalised diary. A good sturdy diary with lots of room on each page. One little criticism would be that the pages are quite thin therefore your writing shows through on the opposite side of the page. Apart from that I love it!”
