“Lovely cards and good quality. Very happy with the items purchased. Only given 4 star as one of the items I had ordered wasn’t delivered to the recipient (not that it is necessarily the fault of the company) however I would definitely use again over moonpig and other online card providers.”

“First time Ordering from Papier. Simple minimalist design; liked the paper set up inside; personalizing option without additional charge is great and makes gifting special. Almost didn’t complete the purchase when realized it’s an international company- bad previous experiences.. But decided on taking a chance. Ordering was easy but, it was little confusing at the same time- no viewing of the order before the final click. Contacting customer service is little tricky as the office is located in another country. Phone number does not work. The only option to contact customer service was via email, which took about a day for a response. Purchased an undated journal as a gift. The journal arrived according to its indicated expected date of arrival. Overall, satisfied experience, from both giver and receiver.”

“Wow I took a gamble on line to purchase with out knowing squat, except reviews provided on the site. Awesome Made a booboo/mess of shipping addreas..... they canceled order, gave credit, let me resubmit Cool Quality for money. Very nice, afraid to ruin my calendar with wrong dates lol. Complaint/wish A larger size offered. Like a 12x14 size? Thank you Papier and staff.”

“The notebook is nice, with nice customised details. I would prefer the cover not to be so "printed". I expected the feeling to be a bit nicer. for the price that we pay should be a bit more well made.. but overall its a nice notebook with nice designs.”

“My notebooks came beautifully presented and they themselves are so lovely. I went for soft covers for both my books as I’m not too keen on a hardcover notebook but I loved the style and the line width on the lined paper is perfect. My only criticism is that they seem a bit thin for the price, I’d’ve hopes to have more pages and a thicker notebook for that price but apart from that I love them.”

“The design and quality of my notebooks were absolutely gorgeous as was the packaging and free postcard. They accidentally gave me the wrong format for the planner I ordered but their customer service were so fast and helpful and sorted me out. Can't recommend this company enough, I wish I knew about it sooner!”

“Very happy with the service and quality of my Papier photobook. Having clicked the confirm and pay button, I went to bed and suddenly realised I had made a mistake with my child's birthdate! Not looking good for a happy Mother's Day!!!! I emailed the next morning and the team were amazing, cancelling the order, giving me a credit, so that I could just go back to my book, change one date, and then resubmit, paying with the creidt. Such a relief. And we had a very happy Mother's Day. Thanks Papier!”
