“Good quality Easter card, ordered on the Thursday arrived after the bank holiday weekend on the Tuesday. Only disappointment was raised expectation from an email received that it would arrive on the Saturday.”

“I sent a greeting card for a birthday of my friend as during these times I couldn't do it in person. Sadly it came 2 days after the birthday but it was due to the Royal Mail delivery issues. Papier customer support was helpful and did their best to provide with the information they could give. In the end my friend was happy, thank you "Papier"”

“The card and professionalism are second to non. I had a problem with delivery but I now believe this was due to present circumstance. However, Papier sent a second copy believing the first to be lost in the post. They both arrived on the same day, Thank you for your prompt service and support. I will definitely be using you again.”

“The personalisation options are better than anywhere else, everything felt really great quality too. However, I had no idea the order had even been logged until I got an email the morning of when the item was actually delivered--which was two days after placing the order online (despite 'next day delivery'.) But worth it in the end, the recipient loved it.”
