“I ordered Le Moderne 2020 planner in Vintage Dark Emerald. The planner is lovely, and Papier is one of the few stationery companies I could find that offered simple designs and a hard book-bound cover (no spirals). Personalizing the cover was a nice touch. It did arrive with a small gouge on the front cover, and the back cover has a couple small bubbles. It is smaller than I was expecting, but I would have known that had I paid closer attention to the measurements. I must admit that I am disappointed with the organization of the sections; I prefer a planner to have a calendar layout for a month, immediately followed by the weekly layout for that month. This planner has the calendar layout for all 12 months, followed by the To Do section for all 12 months, and then the weekly layouts for the year. I find it frustrating to have to flip back and forth through the planner to organize information for 1 month. Because of the size and the layout, I do not think I will order another planner from Papier in the future. However, Papier's designs are unique and beautiful, and I do plan on giving the stationery a try soon.”

“Website: I like the selection, price and organisation of the wesbite. Would use again! Product: The customisation came out nicely. Love the feel of the hardback as well and the artwork on the front!The paper quality isn't as good as let on, you can very easily see through the page and would not use my fountain pen with it as it would leak through. The organisation of the diary is a bit all over the shop, if you organise it like you do then I would recommend multiple ribbon place-holders. Not a fan of the unnecessary blank, dotted and lined pages at the back. Delivery: delivery was late but this is royal mails fault and it was refunded by Papier.”

“I love these notebooks. They are beautiful, the paper is thick so I can use felt tips on it (I use staedler fine liners and cant see a thing through!) While it is not their fault, I would recommend finding a better way to get it to customers. It's close to the holidays still so one has to expect a shipping delay or two. Mine was only a day late so not so bad but it went through ups and then for some reason to USPS and was a bit dinged up on the edges. But all and all, lovely and I will be buying it again; just might pay for better shipping.”

“The order turned out beautifully. But perhaps just a bit more protection from shipping as the pages in one of the books was slightly damaged from the shipping. Not the fault of Papier but rather the post. The first order did not arrive but I was able to get in contact and luckily they arranged reprint and delivery and it arrived just in time for Christmas.”

“I love almost all of the notebooks I ordered. They are unique and personalized. The only issue is one came with the first letter a different font than the rest. I was having trouble using the mobile website, and it would randomly change the font.”

“I currently own 4 papier notebooks (3 hardcover, 1 softback) which i absolutely adore. I do think they are a little expensive for the product but are v good quality and beautiful designs.”

“My personalised diary is gorgeous and I love the simple weekly layout. However, one ribbon isn’t enough when the monthly view, monthly goals and weekly view are so spread out. Needs at least two, if not three. The monthly goal page would also be better at the start of each month, rather than completely separate. Overall still very happy, will just have to add some more ribbons myself.”

“Helpful prompt response to my enquiries - very happy with result, but would like more options re glossy paper for a wedding album would be great, and maybe a dust cover but that is a small item. Overall easy to use once I got into the rhythm. Thank you.”

“I was given excellent help by Sian who took me through the whole process. As I was unable to work out how to use your website she helped me and I am very grateful. Quality of paper is better than I expected.The order arrived very quickly. My only comment relates to the layout. I think , perhaps, the invitations might have been better in landscape but as I could not use your format I did not see the invitations with this layout. I do not understand why it was all so difficult for me. I am a graduate ex- teacher so I am not stupid but I was unable to get it to work for me. Overall I am extremely pleased thanks to Sian”

“Our wedding invites were absolutely beautiful, we’ve had so many compliments from our guests about them! The website needs improvement as we found it difficult to edit the templates. We had to restart the design several times and nearly gave up! I’m disappointed that our design isn’t available as a matching table plan as well.”
